I know All Star has 4 Indiana teams with Brownsburg 2-2 Indiana Prospects 3-1 Elite Athletic Club 3-1 MXW Black 2-2 Big result of the day HAS to be Jake Hockaday pinning Nathan Desmond #9 in the Country by Flo Rankings! DogPound75 Posted June 23, 2023 Share Posted June 23, 2023 Brownsburg found out at weight 132 that the Pennsylvania team they were wrestling were trying to wrestle kids that missed weight. The coaches pointed it out to the refs, and the head table confirmed and made them forfeit 132 which gave Brownsburg a 15-9 lead. Every mom from Pennsylvania was cussing out ol Morgan. Turned very ugly. They said that the didn’t get weighin sheets. When I took teams we had to sign the weighins sheets. They give them out at the coaches meeting also. Those idiot coaches should have pushed away from the bar and made sure their team was on weight and went to the coaches meeting. We have all chose a savage sport. The biggest thing that saves us is our integrity. Those losers cheated for 6 rounds got caught in the 7th by a seasoned staff, took their ball and went home. alee1022 Posted June 24, 2023 Share Posted June 24, 2023 Excited to announce that Intense Wrestling Club completed there AAU Scholastic Duals Championship run in 4th Place out of 50 teams. Our team based out of Jasper combined with a lot of great wrestlers from Southern Indiana. Schools represented Jasper Southridge Heritage Hills Ev. North Ev. Central North Knox Boonville Somerset High School ( Meece Middle School) KY Going into Day 3, this young Intense Team had been 8-0. Competing for 1st or 3rd in the Gold Bracket day three didn’t go as planned against two great teams from PA and NE. Losing and taking 4th place. 8-2 on the trip being the Second Highest placing Indiana team out of 27 in our division behind a very talented Indiana Smackdown team. This team sure was fun and will be back next year. Good luck to Intense wrestler Braxton Schafer of Heritage Hills as he competes with Fight Barn of Columbus East. Bring back some hardware. The younger ref was talking how there was a 5 pound allowance and he could be 137. He said "You're talking about 0.2. He could have wrestled at 137. He's 137.2, so you're worried about .2 pounds". Refs were clowns… the old dude walked over to the head table to check the weighins sheets at first. Came back and said…”he’s good let’s go!” Unfortunately he went and checked the Brownsburg roster. They decided as a team to leave. Really it was one loud mouth mom leading the charge. The other just went along with her for some reason. It was a shame. I did get to see the weighin sheets and they all were signed. and nooo Les Miles… but… that lady may have been related to him!!! I think her name was Karen Miles.
