Ahawkeye
No Love for Chris Wilderman on any if MD's lists? Some of the older guys might be able to chime in in this part, how good was John Barns (sp)? I heard he was DARN GOOD had a skin infection not gotten in the way he was favored to win state. He graduated my 8th grade year. I heard stories of what he was capable of. I worked at the same place he did for a while but never talked about high school with him, he said Bruce Baumgartner (sp?) Mopped the mat with him at the olympic training center. If you knew John you knew he was a BIG BIG BIG man and not fat. So for someone to dismantle him they have to be an absolute animal (or maybe even an Olympic gold medal winner)! RIP John.
