casualwrestlingfan
My bold prediction of 1 winner blows up and we have 0. Very frustrating that we are stuck in this rut in NE Indiana. In the 20 county area of NE/EC Indiana that I try to keep a tab on for sports, only 1 champion and that is from 3 semi states (East Chicago, Ft Wayne, and New Castle). I think the top three are all pretty close. Measuring champs is one of a hundred different metrics and probably not the best. TeamGarcia
I’m thinking with the run CP took this year the tide about to shift . Hate saying it but I’m a realist, CP is so young , next year . They have some very talented young wrestlers. backtothemat

FCfan
I was doing some math before the finals started. It was quick and I could be off by 1 or 2 but I had 12 of the 28 finalists coming out of New Castle. That equates to 43% piscis1956
Champ98
Fort Wayne has always been the weakest semi state. At least from what I remember since mid 90's. That's why every year when the brackets come out they always say the best draw is to get someone from the Ft Wayne Semistate Friday night regardless of if your a 1 or a 4 Jimtown 138
MattM
I think the number for quarter finalists is likely the closest we can get to what SS has of the most depth. Short of trying to measure how a SS ticket round losers would have faired against another SS State qualifiers. But that’s more of a guessing game.
