On side note former Indiana State Champ Sergio Lemley will be going for 3rd place in the Walsh Ironman Tournament.  In the semi-finals he lost a close match in OT.  For those who are unaware the Walsh Ironman is considered by many to be the top in-season HS tournaments in the nation.

I know it didn't happen but....

Friday night at Jay County ACAC....Bluffton's Landon Bertsch looked ready to wrestle Jay County's Tony Wood.  Entire gym was ready to watch it.  Didn't happen.  Lot of boo's from the crowd when another young man came to the mat for Jay County.  The gym was nearly empty before Bertsch pinned the kid (since it was the end of the night and every other school was done...they all stayed to watch a match that didn't happen).

The kid that beat him and won that weight will be at the Carnahan this weekend.

He did take third.  Has looked good at the tournaments he's been in so far this year.  He one one in Iowa earlier this month.
