Forte beat Jared McKinley from Perry this summer. Forte could win state he is the real deal. Not crazy fast or strong just very technically sound.

Really when and where was that?  If your going by what the announcers said on the al smith broadcast that he beat him at Disney duals well that's just false.

Forte beat McKinley at a CIA tournament this summer.

We (CIA) don't host any tournaments.  Coach Pendoski for the past few summers has organized a day camp with the Mishawaka High School wrestling team, and then the next day they go to Perry Meridian.  At Perry, Coach P usually does some technique with both teams in the warm up... then Coach Tonte and his staff and Coach Snyder and his staff pair kids up and they wrestle matches for a couple hours.  It's a lot of fun, and both programs do it shortly before Disney to help prepare their kids with some quality matches.  It was at this "scrimmage" that Forte vs. McKinley happened, they both are great wrestlers and it will certainly be an exciting match to watch next weekend if it happens.

Why would the match not take place next week?

Giving credit for "scrimmage" victories is hilarious. Those who have been around wrestling know that there is a major difference in wrestling under practice room "lights" and those that shine on tournament/match days. We all know of  "practice room state champs" that are not quite the same once in a real match. Not to take anything away from the freshman who has tons of credentials, and looked great at Al Smith,  but let's respect the current high school state champ not speak of practice room victories which are often loose, and arbitrary, in scoring at best. Let's wait until meeting takes place on real match day.

Mckinley was undefeated at Disney.
