MatTime
Interesting first go at this. I think you are really close on the top 10. Top 15 has some issues. Some of those athletes are ranked much higher than kids below who have way more state and national accomplishements to their credits. There are a few national champs from last year that are ranked outside of the top 15 and are ranked lower than a few with no such accomplishments to their names. At least one is ranked in the 20-25 bubble range. Good start for the discussion, however, and I appreciate the difficulty in putting this together. MatTime
If 6th graders are making the list then Noah Fitzgerald (130) should also be at least an honorable mention. Big, athletic kid that is only going to get bigger. 23' Trinity Winner; 23' Super 32 champ; ranked nationally as the top 10u 130lber 22'. He is likely on the same trajectory as Cesar Salas. If 6th graders are making the list this year, this one needs to be considered. Especially since he has well recognized national championships to his credit. 84Coach
Dont sleep on Charlie "aka Chuck" Hutchison. Weight Unknown Just a kid that has been focused on less competition, growing at all costs, and having fun on the mat scoring points. Anyone that knows him knows he cant be slept on. Excited to see his continued progress and his HS debut in 2023/24. He has a couple big brothers that he keep him honest and he is dialing in. He has a no fear, send it style that is fun to watch. I may be "biased" of course. But looking forward to watching him compete next year! Coach Coop, bbell and MatTime

Jen Bayliss
Many kids at middle school state last weekend getting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and they are not on the list. I think kids still playing multiple sports get overlooked because they are not wrestling the amount of matches as the ones on the list. Just a thought????? ontherise219
Mr. RIght
Yeah, unfortunately we couldn't name everyone. We just did a top 25 of all weights and try to go off the big tournments. Most on the list were either middle school, folkstyle, freestyle, greco, champs or did well at tulsa, super 32, or Nationals. We'll be putting out an updated list soon. Some of the weight classes last weekend were really loaded, like 100, 106, and 113. St. Laurent and Dowty both were returning Middle School champs and took 5th this year, still really good but just shows how loaded these weights were. Casey Bradley
I'd keep a eye out for Carter Marsh from New Castle, he is only a 6th grader. I believe he lost a tight match in the finals at MS state in OT, the day before he dropped 20 points in his basketball tournament too. Kids a freak athlete. @FCFIGHTER170 can back me up on this.
