Just saying, there would not be a thread with 44 replies if any of the other Team Indiana members missed weight. 

I don't know if I'm the only one to think this, but I like Hanover Central's shiny powder blue singlets.  Howe wore them all four years as well as Petrov the year he wrestled Phillips under the lights.  It's not a color you see everyday.

Non senior state champions vs their state champions. This year, I think that we would win 7 weight classes. Hudkins, Red, J. Lee, Hughes, Rypel, Parris, Streck. Most by bonus points. Some of our lineup not being seniors just speaks at our good some of these kids are. 

Wow those champions only lost a combined 3 matches. Has that ever been beaten?

While he still has one more year to win one, and I hope that he does. If he doesn't, Breydan Bailey will have tot be thrown into this discussion so far 4 losses in his carrer. One out of state, and three in the state semifinals. A 3x sectional, regional, and semistate champion and also a 3x 3rd placer at state. Still hope for the best for him and hope he can finally break through the cursed semifinals and take home a title. 

Is that sarcsam?

While Lance Ellis will always be mentioned in the conversation of "best ever", I think it now has to go to Cj. Beating another kid who could easily have won 4 titles, had he not ran into two number 1 nationally ranked wrestlers. Also due to his national level success. Chad has won pretty much ever national tournament there is, and did it this past year or two without dropping a single match. Chad hasn't lost for well over a year, even in the national stage. These creditionals make it a pretty easy choice for me.

Hamilton Southeastern has never had a champ. Two runner ups and a dozen or so state medals.

Class basketball killed the spirit of the sport in Indiana. i don't want that to happen to wrestling. I know that they are two different sports but still. Also, are we going to have 96 sectionals, 48 Regionals, 12 Semi States? Sectional champions decided without wrestling a single match or just the finals. 

But what did you expect from Red SR? He has acted controversially for 4 years now. And you know what? I respect him just as much as I did before. Why? Because of what he has done for the sport.

I'm sure mason Parris and his fan group would rather watch him maul on lesser competition at a 2A state tournament rather than face the best competition that will make him better at the state tournament

I have to put Red vs Lee at number 1 for me because of the hype that was surrounding the match during the buildup. Also because of the importance of the match to the career statistics of Red.
