As a past state champ. Might want to reconsider. Look at some of the talent that has come out of this area. Look at the awesome guys we have coming up. It’s going to be an extremely fun year.

Hector @Sig40 if you would have said that Jesse's response was anything else other than this I would have asked @Y2CJ41 to check into your account for it getting hacked because knowing Jesse I know there was never a doubt or question in his mind other than this answer. Great kid and he makes all of proud to say we know him man !!!

I can say without any hesitation, Kyle would win well over 30 matches as a 106 right now. He is going to be a beast in High School.

We are blessed to have the majority of major events here in central Indiana. So driving to Evansville or Fort Wayne does not bother me. It’s only fair. Again, just my opinion.

Any consideration to going back to Tech high school?

The 800lb Gorilla Fieldhouse has a nice ring to it.

I would like to see us utilize the Pepsi Coliseum for Team State, but from what they powers that be told me is that it is very expensive to rent. We would probably also need the adjacent arena also to fit all the mats for the event. When I win the lottery I will build a wrestling only facility that can host NCAAs and every big event every year.

We love the idea. Gives Jesse a chance to avenge a loss from last year at Super32 to Jack and then wrestle another amazing wrestler at same event. Giving Jesse a shot at 2 extremely tough matches in one day is totally worth it. Side note: Willie asked Jesse if he was ok with making it a 4 man bracket and he said he was down to wrestle anyone. It is definitely the hardest way to defend his ranking, but I am really excited to hopefully watch him wrestle twice at Carver Hall.

Freshman- 28-7 @ 126 - 7th place Sophomore- 33-6 @ 138 - 7th place Junior- 41-0 @ 145 - 1st place I think Matt Lee turned the corner his junior year. Would have liked to see him stick around one more year and win another title for the South and Mater Dei..

That’s a ridiculous statement. He’s National top 10 in his weight class with a huge upside. Any top wrestling program would love to have him.
