Brownsburg found out at weight 132 that the Pennsylvania team they were wrestling were trying to wrestle kids that missed weight. The coaches pointed it out to the refs, and the head table confirmed and made them forfeit 132 which gave Brownsburg a 15-9 lead. The Pennsylvania team got mad and forfeited the rest of their matches, so Brownsburg won the dual 63-9. it was tied 9-9 when they called them out.

I heard Thrine went 8-2 and beat some nationally ranked kids.

There’s a difference between championships, other matches, and getting matches in June. Now should be the time to work on in live match situations what the focus has been in practice. If you’ve been working bottom for weeks cause your kids struggle on bottom, then you should be picking down every time and putting it into practice.

Work out weak positions in practice. Matches are for winning!

Didn’t have the best experience today with regards to getting extra matches. Frustrating. Multiple dead mats, officials being told to stop wrestling exhibitions, exhibition mats being closed, etc. Definitely several steps back from previous years experiences.

So it sounds like Morgan cost his kids a round of wrestling

It is more than just "seems like a logical take". It is a logical take. Veazy is a very impressive wrestler, but he has yet to win a HS State title. That should count for something when doing these rankings. Also, you say he is an Olympic prospect & is dominating top 5 competitors in the country. Now I'm assuming he would be an 86 kg prospect. So he is dominating David Taylor, Aaron Brooks, Zahid Valencia, Trent Hidlay & Mark Hall? Those will likely be the top 5 prospects at 86 kg for the 2024 Olympic team.

I’m ready to be done with this bonus COVID years eligibility. I can’t keep track of who’s still wrestling and who’s done these days.
