So if you are 215 this year look at 195 last year. So 195 bracket from 2023 will be 2024 (in respect to regional A #1 to regional B #4 etc.). I hope this helps. It is time consuming to figure it out. The last several years I did my son's and was 100%, and years ago I did my others son's. I didn't do all weights but did the others from our school that qualified and were accurate.
