indypharmd Posted December 11, 2023 Share Posted December 11, 2023 A tournament that brings in some of the top Illinois, Michigan and Ohio teams has to be on top - before the travel rules change and CP inviting out of state teams to the carnahan, the Al Smith probably had to be the top. Being able to compete against top shelf teams from the neighboring (and more populous states of MI, OH, & IL) is now a game changer for those teams that engage in the competition, imho...
