I think if Penn can get 3-4 champs and 2-3 runnerups( Slates , Swank , Prentice) , that should seal the deal . Last year Penn won by 50 points with 4 champs , 2 - 2nds and 1 3rd . JMILL Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 I grew up in the region and know it is a corrupt place of awesomeness............so my prediction is that the closer this tournament moves toward the center of all corruptness East Chicago the better the chances are for the formulas for the state draws are to be distributed before the finals matches take place so my prediction would be mayhem !!!
