FatManRoller
I think that Greensburg has a few wrestlers worthy of a little attention. They have 4 returning Semi-State qualifiers. Last year at 113 Brandon Butz and at 195 Drew Neisius made it to the ticket round. 2 years ago (New Castle SS), at 182 Colten Black, at 220 Matt Scheumann. And of course, they have "Big Daddy" Nathan Hayes, EIAC champ and regional qualifier. IMO, these guys are deserving of at least some attention. 1prouddad
Must have missed a few there or know something we don't. Where is lee(EMD) at? Also, here are a few more: Egli EMD 106 Stotlar memorial ( weight unknown but wrestled up 2 classes last yr and done very well) Brown. Memorial 195/220 Farmer. Castle. Maybe 152 Also heard that Kemper is 180+ at this time and then I would take out Pierre and add Johnson(EMD ).

I can't believe Kemper is that big. I don't think he was that big 2 or 3 months ago during RTC. Why would you remove Pierre from the list? You don't think he's deserving of being ranked in the Evansville Semi-State?
randalllynch
Lee is at 126 Egli is at 106 Pierre is a 3x SSQ, 2x SS - not sure why he would not be in starting line-up Already have 2 Matre Dei at 120, who should be moved or dropped (and Sweitzer still needs to be somewhere probably, but not sure what weight) Farmer, Castle is at 138 Stotler is being added at 182 Moved Kemper up once already based on another source

He will definitely be in the mix. Have not seen Farmer in a bit, guess he has leaned up a bit. Thought he was bigger than that(138). Great kid to watch Just going off word about Kemper going up in weight class. We'll see coming wrestling season where he lands. I don't think that Stotlar will be 182.. Maybe wrestle his true weight class around 160-170. As far as Lee goes, he may not even be at EMD this year as I stated in another post. Only speculation at this time

Fabio Jr.
There are a ton of reasons that could be plausable, EMD isnt public, open enrollment for public, moving,etc....that being said I believe he will wrestle for the wildcats no reason not to... MattM
I'm not sure there are too many national high school wrestling events you can independently attend during high school season, so other than international travel there may be little competition. As for practice you would also be limited on partners since they would be in school or high school practice most days. So it would seem you would get more practice and match competition by being part of some high school team (in Indiana or elsewhere), unless you wrestle senior level guys at OTC/national RTC and traveling to events through them. wildcatpatriot
If anyone else has some specifics let me know and I will keep this updated for Triple-B Very little order is intended (that is why there are no numbers) and I apologize up front if I missed someone obvious, some weights I am not as familiar with as others. 145 Patrick Schnell, 11, Castle, Ethan Herrin, 10, Jennings Zeke Gomez, 12, Columbus N Austin Spray, 12, Southwestern Mathew Ruddick, 12, Seymour Ruger Kurstiens, 12, Jasper Brennan Barlow, 11, Bloom S Hunter Langley, 12, New Albany William Newforth, 12, Owen Valley Richard Osha, 12, Washington Logan Weinzapfel, 12, Matre Dei Alex Reigel, 12, Evans Reitz Thomas Dull, 9, Terre Haute S Mathew Kelley, 12, Center Grove 152 Brandon Kelley, 12, Evans Cent Seth Ferguson, 12, Martinsville Grant Brescher, 12, Jasper Elijah Dunn, 10, Indian Creek Jacob Mundy, 12, Southridge Hunter Castleberry, 11, New Albany Tyler Gilmore, 12, Terre Haute S John Flynn, 12, Jennings 220 Conner Tolley, 12, Franklin Comm Caleb Hart, 11, Evans Central Randy Scott, 11, Moorsville Colten Castetter, 12, Jennings Brandon Woods, 11, Columb N Jacob Williams, 12, South Putnam Ethan Edington, 12, Terre Haute S Jeremy Barnes, 12, Memorial Cory Klem, 10, Gibson South Thomas Dull, Tyler Gilmore, and Ethan Edington are Terre Haute NORTH wrestlers. With that you overlooked JJ Lowe at 113 from North. He Had a tough year last year came off a knee injury and went 120 which was a TOUGH weight. And Ryan Moshak at 182. Only his third year wrestling, he was 170 all year another good weight for the Northview sectional so he bumped up and gave up weight at 82 made it to regionals and lost a tough first match. Wrestled back to be the alternate.
randalllynch
Proper Terre Haute alignments made and Moshak added. Do you have any more information to provide on Lowe (how did he do the year before or during the post season)? He was 5th at sectional making it tough to add him to a short list, especially with the depth at 120 and 113.
wildcatpatriot
1x semi-state at 106 in 2012 2x regional qualifier are 106 2011, 2012. and 3rd at MIC @ 106 in 2012. Say What?
I am assisting TripleB put it together now : ) I spoke to a mutual friend of Josh Davis from Reitz today and they said he is definitely not able to make 126 lbs. He wouldn't say what weight he was going but did say he is looking at 132 or 138.
WrestleMan
From what I understand Todrank is planning to go 138, so I would guess Davis at 132 unless he can beat Todrank in a wrestle off. I think my money would be on Todrank in that one.
