GAT36
I witnessed the Foster Lawrence match & if they were to meet again Bam would not lose. Not to take anything away from Foster, he is a great wrestler. Bam is on another level right now. Anyone who has seen him wrestle or has wrestled him this year would agree. dad2cash
Been to both tournaments. both crowds are exciting with great atmosphere. MD only needs one gym which makes it nice but Al Smith is really loaded but quality matches at both .
navy80
It does not matter how good Lawrence looked at the Al-Smith tournament....you can't put him ahead of Foster simply because Foster beat him a few months ago. That's like saying Tshirt would beat Sorensen the next time they wrestle. He may beat him but the favorite is going to be Sorensen.

That's like saying Tshirt would beat Sorensen the next time they wrestle. He may beat him but the favorite is going to be Sorensen. I disagree. A lot can change in the off-season and if one wrestler who dropped a one-point match a year ago is looking more impressive this season, why not put that wrestler ahead? Top tier guys get redemption over moderately equal-leveled competition all the time.
randalllynch
Foster decisioned and pinned the 1 & 2 in Kentucky in consecutive matches. Both of which placed in the top 3 last year in the tournament at the same weight. He has not stayed idle himself. 152 was one of the deepest weight classes last year and this year both. backtothemat
The MD Classic 152 weight class had to be much deeper than the Al Smith, especially with Clark of Avon and Starks of New Pal finishing outside the top 4! And that's with half the teams as the Al Smith. Foster has to be the favorite in a rematch.
ontherise219
The placers at al smith were pretty good also 2-1 is a tight match I guess it would be a toss up
