I think this is where we have to remember what Mr. Faulkens mentioned on our Zoom call “for coaches and AD’s to tell parents to have patience when ordering tickets” 🙄 It’s 10:40 and we still don’t have #1 ticket. Hard to tell parents to have patience when they have a son or grandson wrestling tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. 

Fort Wayne had so much success the whole city is invading Indianapolis tomorrow!

They ought to set another release time in the morning or at least say something. We gonna sit here all night refreshing?

Our voices need to be heard. A total disgrace.

What a joke & disgrace to our sport. Such a shame & a Mickey Mouse ran state tournament. Unfortunately it’s not about giving the wrestlers, families, & fans an experience that they’ve earned.

Not a fan of two sessions at all, especially when you have kids & teachers who cannot leave school to watch during the morning session.  Two sessions also takes away from the parade of champions.  I feel sorry for the teams who have multiple kids attending and cannot make the walk together with their teammates if they are in two separate sessions.  Makes zero sense, let alone a long day for coaches who have kids in two sessions.  If they are worried about one session going too late into the night, start it earlier and get back to our normal Friday night.  I sure hope they don't have teams warm-up this year, followed by weigh-ins! It is about the kids who earned the trip, maximize it with memories.  🙄 

The track wrestling record is incorrect, he is 29-6. Branham's losses are below:
1) Etchison (we have two wins against this season)
2) Latimore
3) Wright (Eastern)
4) Smith 
5) Watts (we have one win against this season)
6) Platonov

Why fill out the state finals form at the semi-state when you get a qualifier?  Conflicting form that makes you think "three coaches or two coaches & one manager will get credentials"  We all know that only two coaches can be in the corner, but why not allow three if not four to make the walk during the parade & be on the floor during warmups with kids they have devoted countless hours to???  It is not fair for the head coach to make a tough decision what coaches to select on their staff.  Even if you get seven or more wrestlers, you only get three passes.  Complete joke.  This does not happen with any other sport, other than wrestling.

BRING BACK THE LANYARDS!!!!

Two sessions with seven weight classes=112 wrestlers on the floor at one time for the parade, but yet we can only get 2, and if lucky 3 coaches on the floor to make the walk with the athletes that they devote countless hours too.  SMH 🙄  

Maybe competing teams, kids, coaches will get another 4'x4' taped-off square to stage in like last year

Look's like we should petition for next year to be a normal Friday night again. This has been a mess. The Friday morning has been really inconvenient for some parents & fans to even make it there. Those kids deserve a hype and packed crowd too. Just my thoughts.
