He did not live in the best neighborhoods and now he lives behind the Lee family. Also, no offense to the Evansville schools, but take a moment to look up where Brownsburg ranks in the state (academically), it’s near the top. Lastly, his dad got an incredible job opportunity here as well.

I had a great day and past 3 years coaching my son, although he didn't make it to semi-state, I will always cherish the time I got to spend with him in this great sport.  The lessons he learned along the way will help him as he takes the next step in his journey to manhood. These 106-lb brackets over the past 15 years often look unbelievable looking back. You've got a mostly freshmen weight, so those kids can start building accolades earlier than some other freshmen wrestling stronger kids. You're automatically isolating wrestling-focused kids who will have long-term success because you have to have put in the time in middle school and younger to compete at that level as a 9th grader. Finally, you're at a weight where most kids will also be wrestling-focused (and therefore probably highly skilled with great potential to keep winning) because they tend not to be big enough to achieve the same level of success at other sports. 
This weight really should be dubbed the "future stars" division because it's always chalk full of future champs and multiple-time placers.

So where's Fabio at?  I hardly see him on the board anymore.  Did he get a hot girlfriend that's consuming all of his time?
Last year Fabio was the renaissance man on fire, and was doing everything.  Among other things,   he was the most  coveted asst coach in state,  Indianamat top administrator,  #1 poster on Indianamat,  small animal advocate,  expert multi media integrated map maker,     Indiana big match mat side announcer, most frequented  Indianmat podcast expert guest,  Hendricks county advocate, wrestling rules expert,   Indiana history of wrestling go to expert, and also was doing  his full time job whatever he makes a living at.     This year we just get an occasional post. 
 
So my theory is he got a hot girlfriend and is monopolizing Fabio's spare time.   HMMMMMM

I’ll be the first to admit that I was convinced that this was their down year, WRONG! Remarkable team effort and a true testament of a great coaching staff. 

Brownsburg finds a way through the mine field to win 3A over Cathedral and Warren Central.  Snyder seems to always find that optimal line up to send out for team state.  
 
Western with a hard fought win over Wawasee in 2A. 
 
Adam Central finds a way to finish off Prairie Heights in a down to the wire 1A Final. 

Congrats to my neighbors to the north. It should be noted that they did it with a very high ranked starter out. Winning it as a 4 seed and less then 100 percent is super impressive! 

Weird wasn’t it @IndianaWrestlingGuy that said Cathedral would dominate Brownsburg for the “foreseeable future”? There was something else that he said as well...he said he wanted to eat something of ours?? Maybe he can jog my memory. I know it got pulled down, however, we saw it...anyone else?

I believe Brownsburg over Cathedral 30-24 in 3A team state semi’s would count as notable.  After pulling out a few big wins over the years at Team state I  think it’s safe to say Snyder knows how to get his team to win a big time dual meet.  Them and it looks like it will be Warren Central for the title. 

None of the 4-time state champions ever wrestled in the Al Smith.
