As for the old Audi, I had to put her down once she got a salt stain on her, I couldn't be seen driving around in that so I traded her for a shiny new Jeep.

At the seeding meeting for HHC we were told that they pay was $300 per official for the Varsity meet.

If I have to take one of you out I am going for the juggler! Haha

Serious question and believe it or not, I'm not trying to stir the pot.......Isn't the Danville Warriors part of #hashtagcounty? I thought they were and they're never mentioned in all the tags being hashed all over the place. I ask because in the last 20 years don't they have like 4 IHSAA individual state champs which is the amount of the entire rest of the #county combined? Granted, it may not be as recent but don't they have a solid coach from Tri-West who can bring a lot to the hashtag table? I don't know, I would figure a way to get them in the mix too if I were in the the county. Besides, at any moment they could be the next sleeping giant to wake and all the hash tagging would be totally awkward without them. I have a lot of respect for the entire county so no offense intended.

I re-watched the match and both wrestlers were on their backs for 1 second.   I guess when you get the two best kids in the state, near fall rules change.   Not the best officiating here.  Red rolled through a couple of times, but at most he was only square for less than a second.    Lee was only there a sec also.   If you watch the refs hand,  his second   count is occurring when Lee is on his side.   I might put this in the  book as a make up call.    At least the ref was consistent.

This right here is the best argument I've heard in my short time involved with wrestling. We have the best of both worlds and I think we should stop trying to be like every other state and instead be better. Having a classed team state and non classed individual tournament is a no brainer at least as long as the two are separated. I can't tell you how many times I've heard people from other classed states say they envy our single champ per weight class system for various reasons. I don't know about you but the last way to get me to do something is because everyone else is doing it. Let Ohio have 6 195lbs. state champs. Why don't we build on what we are doing here right now and let them want to be like us. Let's not class just because everyone else is doing it, the grass isn't always greener.
