Da old rat and a few of da buddies went on a road trip to carver hawkeye. Had to pay $75 for a couple of nosebleeds at carver hawkeye. Day had every seat filled and every aisleways loaded up. Day must have taken da fire marshal to a exotic dancin place. Ole t-shirts did da region proud. I can see him still havin prblems on da bottom. His single leg was a work of art. Ole metcalf got more batteries dan a submarine. Whit gas down to a 1.40 driven out dare in da f-250 wasn't to bad. Ole slatton looked like a dog out dare.

Great win for Tsirtsis and I hope many more come.  Having said that, does anyone else think he should have chose neutral in the third period?  He got the reversal, but it took all two minutes.  It was (2-2), but Alex already had a riding time pt. too.  Alex certainly looked like the superior wrestler standing, and I cant help but wonder what he will do later in the year with a likely rematch.

He needed to go under.  To win the NCAA title he has to get out from bottom.  I was disappointed he did not try an explosive standup.  I thought the same thing as you at first that he should have chosen neutral but he really needs to learn to get out.  I thought it was the right call after thinking about it.  He is going to be in a tight match this year where he will have to get that point by getting out from bottom.

The big knock on Tsirtsis at the college level was on his mat wrestling.  He looked really good on top, and moved well on bottom.  Fighting off that turn when Gallick had the arm pinned and good position was great bottom wrestling on Tsirtsis's part.  He should have an outstanding year.  He looked impressive.
