We often lose track of of these wrestlers after high school, but it’s comforting to me knowing while I sleep that Zach and his brothers, Jacob and Adam, are protecting me and our country.

Not sure if anyone saw this notable result. Logan Frazier pinned Cayden Rooks. Good start to his redshirt season beating a stud like Rooks.

The IHSAA has recognized it and this is a provisional period. They are to follow ALL IHSAA rules and regulations in order to become an official IHSAA sport. That was direct words from Robert Faulkens and Gary Myers.

At 100lb Indiana’s own Rianna Murphy will face Madison Nieuwenhuis of Michigan at Flo’s “Who’s #1.”.  Murphy was our recent World Team Rep at U17 and prior Fargo champ.  Niewenhuis just won a Fargo title this past summer.

I think that match may have surprised both kids. Neither probably knew the other was that solid 💪. Kellan said “Dad, that kid is good...” 
 
 

In related news, Sarah Hildebrandt and Kayla Miracle both swept 2 matches and earned World Team spots on the Women's Freestyle team.  

Hildebrandt, in her 4th Final X appearance has yet to give up a single point in any of them. She won 8-0 and 11-0 today.  She has outscored opponents 64-0 in 8 total matches.  

Indiana transplant living here in VB. My Indy 500 trip got cank'd, so I might try and head down to watch some kids scrap.
