Murphy was our recent World Team Rep at U17 and prior Fargo champ. MattM Posted September 3, 2023 Author Share Posted September 3, 2023 (edited) Murphy lost a close 2-2 match (freestlye) based on her opponent having the higher scoring move. Decent action early but Nieuwenhuis was always able to scramble to a leg and create a stalemate. Murphy has several almost scores that were called by the ref but got white paddles the other official. Nieuwenhuis did giving up two passivity point along the way to give Murphy the lead. Then with a minutes left in the match Nieuwenhuis scrambled to get the TD and earn the criteria win.
