5th - Riley Bettich - 2x Michigan state champ, 2x indiana placer
6th - Jace Alexander - 2x placer 
7th - Evan Beasley - 1x placer
8th - William finnearty - 1x placer
Carson eldred - 2x placer and runner up lost Friday night to Montgomery
Tyler Conley - 3x Qualifier and 1x placer lost Friday night to Lowery
 
I think this could be up there with one of the best state brackets of all time... 5 STATE CHAMPS

You can get the tradtional State ring, or you can design someting else.  You're local Herff Jones Rep. would be glad to help you.  If you or your school does not know who your Representative is, you can contact the IHSAA or me.

Another great match for Sollars and Mater Dei. Gabe has wanted this since his freshman season. He watched Matt Lee win his freshman year and Blake Boarman and Eli Dickens get one of their own last season. I think he decided it was his turn. He is alot of fun to watch.

In my opinion. Coaches encouraging kids to do one sport only is the biggest issue to why participation in all sports is down. 

If that was to occur some of his videos may require a warning for the young, elderly, pre-existing heart conditions, or women who are pregnant.   

This is like one of those things you watch that there was just so much going on that you could probably see something new everytime. 
Like when he hit that Lat, I missed coach coach in the background jumping and then Baumann himself nodding to the crowd. They knew it! 
 
none of this is a knock on Majors as he was one hell of a competitor and brought it too. And just classy at the end. 

Yea when I watched it live I never seen Baumann nod because I jumped out of my seat. Insane man. He could of easily wrestled to not lose and gave up a reversal etc etc... he wrestled to keep scoring insane. Just like when he was on top yea he got too high and kept giving up reversals which made the match entertaining  but he wrestled to turn him/pin him. He didn’t wrestle to just ride him. He was always looking to score and wrestled loose I loved it. Ruhlman at 220, Jesse, Zeke, Hall were all very impressive but the most entertaining wrestler for me to watch was Baumann!  

Yes it is. It wasn’t easy but they did it.

Agreed. I saw other kids throw their headgear etc.. Saw one kid toss his 6th place medal and walked away. His coach went and got it. Good on Goin for facing adversity like that.

The Sollars used to live up here and train in TheCounty.
 
They moved south. I saw Mr. And Mrs. Sollars at a meet at EMD after the move. They are genuinely the nicest people that I have ever met... I mean... so nice of that if you didn’t know them you would think that nobody is that nice. Mr.Sollars expressed that fact that it has always been his dream to own a hog farm. Dude bought a hog farm! With all of that said.... Gabe is the nicest hog farm country boy in all of southern Indiana.

Oi vey.....Not picking him to win is not the same as calling him an underdog.

Im sure they have 8th graders and a few wrestlers that didn't make varsity this year that will get a chance next year and make it to state also.
