I think their school and coaching staff have better ethics than that.

I like consistent stall calls early and often. 😃 Only saw the finals via stream (Outstanding job btw and THANKS!) and thought officials did a pretty good job.   I think there could have been  more stalls called in some of the later matches.  IMO, stall calls shouldn't change if ranked wrestlers are involved or even weight class.  Lack of action or avoiding action = fist. 

Looks like Brownsburg went out to Illinois and also beat DeKalb and OPRF 

The Roncalli kid at 195 was 4-12 to start the tourney and ended up 6th. Gilbert of Sullivan looked like a killer until he ran into Cole Ross. Will man took on a monster in Wooten. He kept his head, kept it close and impressively took the win. Mater Dei is soooo stacked. Good luck to the rest of Indiana against them. They took on the best that Tenn, Ky, and a couple from Indiana and Illinois had and spit us all out. 

I think they seed top 8 and randomly throw everyone else in... 

What a match at 106 to kick things off!   
 
Coy Hammack dominated Reed Egli for the first two periods and had a 6-0 lead into the 3rd.  Egli could do nothing on bottom and had been taken down twice and chose top.  He was able to work Hammack and get him turned for backs and eventually got the fall.  Egli looked a good bit smaller than Hammack but the kid battles.  Hammack is good.  Expect to see him deep in the consolation bracket taking a run at 3rd Place.

Maybe no Christmas spirit?

If you would quit trashing everyone on here and actually pay attention you would know Brody has been putting in the work for years and is now and always has been a contender for being in the mix as he is a stud.  Great kid and great family.  I have all the respect in the world for the things they are doing down there at EMD/ MCWC.
----may need to quit worrying about trashing @Mattyb and his kid and start reading up on the sport....  just a thought is all

That's a nice win by Brody Baumann.  Last year at this time he was on JV at 113.  That's a big jump to 145 and to beat a State Placer is impressive.  Look forward to seeing how he does going forward.

Yes, you are correct. The score was 2-0 when Egli initiated the cradle. Obviously anything that happened from there would've affected the score. 

So you consider the 4th ranked kid an underdog or dark horse?

Not sure if that was a defensive pin. They were in a scramble, Bailey caught him on his back during the scramble, and continued to drive into him to he got the fall.
