Looking forward to some good Wrestling at Mustangs Gym this coming Saturday!  Hope the young men don't eat to much on Thursday!!

  Pool A

Edgewood- Has a lot of young talent. Every kid will give 110%.

Martinsville- Former State Champ in Charge( Runyan )  3 studs - Whitaker, Runyan, Scroggs. What about Fisher?

Floyd Central- Always has talent, will push you hard. Studs - Sellmer, Brown and Crowl.

Southridge- Good Program, gets kids out of Sectional but seem to stumble on the big Stage at SS. Meyerholtz boys and Mundy!

Sheridan - Not much on these kids. Had some Seniors do good last year. If the come from the Football team watch out Legendary Coaching!!

   Poool B

BL North- Very Solid team, lot of Experience. Stud - Dalton boys and 3/4 other SS qualifiers.

Ben Davis- Always produces a Contender. Watch Prichett and Roth.

Danville - Same as BD, watch for Hudkins and Molloy to dominate in their classes this year. Should be under the LIGHTS.

Greenwood- Hard nose kids couple will shine this year. Stud - Overton , Futrell & Fuqua. Hope Fuqua is OK, not at CCC last weekend.

Brown Cty - Rough country boys, fight to the end. Stud - Harper , Bullock & Dial.

Good Luck to all the young men. Thanks

Update from Edgewood,

Coach Runyan, great job this weekend. Your line-up looks pretty strong. Get Fisher and Drake in there and the Sky is the limit.

Thought Edgewood again improved on this tourney, 3-4 years in a Row with little changes to make things better.

Ok on to the Wrestling. Lot of good match's Floyd Central and Bloomington North good battle in the finals. Danville and Edgewood

tied and had to go to Criteria to get winner.

Wrestlers that dominated and looked very good Saturday. I may miss someone, so Sorry if I do. That will help discussion later.

            Edgewood- Sullivan113, Bradburn120, Lane126 & Wilson220

            Martinsville- As mentioned, Dean152, Whitaker160, Runyan170 & Scroggs HWT.

Danville- Well Hudkins & Molloy will be Under the lights @ State.

Floyd Central- Real Good team. Sellmer132, Crowl145 and Philpot195-watch this kid! Reminds me of BOOTS-EMD

Southridge- Mundy out from Football. Meyerholtz boys and a HWT kid that is big and Strong.

Bl North- Dalton182, Gosney113 and Percival126. Line-up is solid so have your Team ready.

Greenwood- Overton and Futrell. Word is Fuqua was Dismissed from Team!!!

Br County- Well tough day. Kids had trouble making weight. Harper and Bullock are roughnecks!

Ben Davis- New Coach, couple stud to work with Pritchett and Roth. The 195lber WOW what a Specimen!

Sheridan- Had some kids that fought hard got some wins and the coach's were Constantly Coaching hard.

Thanks & Good luck to all.    BT19
