When I wrestled at Purdue "heavy hands" were an absolute must. It's an effective tactic as a setup. I didn't see anything wrong, just a little sloppy in the deliverance.
I also didn't see any state champions in the video.
My opinion.
It's what we have grown up with watching the champions battle it out under the lights. I for one am a huge fan of it, whether it be on the state or national level. It's sometimes hard to put into words the feeling you get and try and explain said feelings to ones who have not been there.
It's an interesting topic, and I was curious if any "weighed" in on it. Surely there are some in head coaching positions at a smaller schools. Wouldn't you think by much of the logic here that they would be pro-multiple individual class tournament?
Along the same lines I was going to ask..
Are there any previous individual state champions here (or that anyone knows of) that are in favor of a classed individual tournament? I'd be interested in hearing their thoughts on it if so.
