Aiden(Jeremy) Carver placed top 4 at Tulsa, Won USA Folkstyle Nationals, tech/pinned his way through Folkstyle state, won The Midwest classic, Ohio TOC, dominated Ms state.. Went to other countries placing top 3 every time.
In the past year he's had nearly 400 wins, and to put into perspective how tough he's been, he's got 128 notable wins on track wrestling, yes 128.

A martial arts club that teaches Judo would be helpful.
Judo focuses on takedown throws from the standing position. It would be very helpful to get someone comfortable in those positions.
Traditionally they would probably start from the basics & be fairly slow in the training progression. But if you were to explain what you are wanting, they might be willing to work with someone on an individual basis & tailor the training accordingly.
Yessir! I think I could assist him well in this dept!

First thing that popped into my head was...how would I have reacted as a Dad in that scenario (either side)? Curious what you all think?
I'd take him to the Pal Club and have a smaller skilled kid light his ass up with liver shots and teach him tranquility via soul snatching.

Nice resume, but my vote personally goes to any Indiana wrestler who can absolutely take it to Mark Hall and make him work for a comeback victory.
They say to this day that he won't even drink Hi-C because he has flashbacks of you shutting down his duck and keeping the overhook knowing directly into Your high crotch! The best part was the foreshadowing whenever your cameraman/fans said that you were going to post the video on Indiana mat. Since i've been training guys in MMA and lost almost 30 pounds over the last year, i'm thinking about getting into the masters b division at freestyle state 88kg/194pounds. At least I'm not 214 Thicky Blobby like I was whenever I blew the entire match lead that I had with three seconds to go at Midwest Nationals in the college open division as a grandpa LOL
With her being so many pay-per-view wrestling cards now and got me thinking that we should organize something where there's studs within the state who agreed to face each other in a preseason meet all star esque tourney.
Have a few coach versus coaches grudge matches in the name of friendly competition! The General Vs Maker Halls Maker with the match being whatever agreed upon style you guys choose. If it's full style y'all should do 2-1-1 and if it's freestyle y'all should do 2x2, or whatever you guys upon! If we can't get that set up with the Dual we can't have it arranged and I have a mutual coach/gym host it and ref. And the proceeds of selling the stream or that people in attendance would go to the club who hosts it or whatever else we can think up. I like how there was Crown point All Stars versus Da region a few years back and wish we could get something like that going again with a few bonus coaching exhibitions.

Congrats stud!

Is he the first wrestler from Indiana to win a Hodge Trophy or have there been others?
Not only Indiana's first ever hot trophy winner, he is the Michigan wolverines first ever Hodge trophy winner in their school history.

Once that Zebra Call chrips, they immediately Turn to the crowd, and follow my Laser pointer thats for multipurpose use, not only Giving them their Target , but more importantly, I'm blinding you with it! Damn it, I missed it!! I'd paid good money to see Ramos demo that neck pinch front head series on
Those 2 Lil Giants who are the Supreme coaching tag team
@North Montgomery
T-Raye and Trizzy!
Though now that I think about it, Triztons Siamese Twin
AKA his better 3/4s , known as a Indiana neck bandana Aka LUCIOUS Louisiana love locks/ MMARVELOUS Mullet is a 197 pounder on its own, not to mention the Rotten booger attacked to it
I need to get few my boys over to SE y'all, and learn from as many great minds as possible. How was the session? I bet the kids learned some sick FS stuff from Ramos and had a blast.

I am still awestruck over Tylin Thrine’s incredible freshman season; 42-0 with 32 pins including first period falls over #2 Aden Reyes of Cathedral and #7 Blake Wolf of East Central, a major decision over #14 Griffin Ingalls of Fishers, and the upset of the year over #1 (#18 nationally) defending state champion Logan Frazier of Crown Point who had been undefeated and earned bonus points against all in-state competition.
What are some other incredible freshman seasons we’ve seen? Jesse Mendez in 2019 majored returning state champion Hunter Watts en route to his first title. Jason Tsirtsis beat Cashe Quiroga en route to his first title. Any others?
The Human Ty-Lite Reel,
Ty "The Valen" Thrine beat
5 out of the Other 7 medalists with wins over the podium members who placed 2nd ,3rd,5th,6th,7th(2x)
And pinned the 2xSQ/ 2022 4th placer Wolf 2x..Pinned State FINALIST Aquino- Morales 2x, beat Nasir C. As well.. So he beat 7 of the 15 Guys who made it to The state finals... Overall he had ranked wins over
#1,2,7(2x),13,14(2x),17,22.. Morales was top 15 when he pinned him 1st time.. And smiled all the way through it having fun! That's def top 3 best Freshman campaigns without a doubt!

I know it may be next to impossible to find a definitive answer, but does anyone have an idea of who has the most ISWA State Championships? I know Mullins has plenty, I believe over 20, but is there anyone else with 20+?
I'm the finals they said Rioux has 19 so he's about there!!

So now New Castle is a small school? I mean 800+ students, smallish by todays enrollment numbers I guess. They are more likely 2A due to large schools becoming larger and larger. This impacts the calculations. Small IMO is under 500, being a little generous. 503 was lowest 2A and just over 1,000 was the largest.
Not dissing New Castle at all! They earned 5th place in the IHSAA tournament as a team and should be proud of the accomplishment! However, they weren't in Team State this year and are outside looking in right now for next year. Maybe they get in, my point is this illustrates the difference between the two "tournaments".

Great breakdown buddy, I can attest to the EMD teams, as I was on the receiving end of a Mauer Mauling, they were unreal.. CP, BB and CG were all unreal squads.. I'd love to see how these squads match up in Dual format, but I'll tell you this The 96 EMD team was great as well with 11 State qualifiers/placers.. those LN teams Were awesome.. 2 PM teams that were great.. I'm just glad we have this kinda discussion going because it means we're thriving as a state.
