Once again Connersville refusal to get automated has screwed another kid in the rankings!!

I think only one person has mentioned Lee getting majored. Not that National Rankings dictate who wins on a mat BUT Lee is ranked higher than Lamont on InterMat.

Lee is ranked #4 at 132, there won't be a major. I believe if Red grabs an early lead he goes defensive and Lee will be "balls to the wall" for the whole 6 minutes.

I stood for 12 hours in the balcony, no seat provided, BUT I was able to watch every mat clearly. In hindsight i want to say THANK YOU to all those fans / teams holding seats even though they were asked multiple times to stop the practice. -
Cathedral beating up on Carroll who lost by 1 to LN when they were pinned in the last match -- Irish looking like a 2-seed ahead of LN & Avon. Carroll wins 3 straight to tighten match.

Rules are rules, it was highly emotional but you have to keep your headgear.

Lee took off his headgear and tossed it in celebration, Lawrence slammed his down in anger. Great match and quality wrestling by both kids.

Would it be possible for you to make a larger generalization about a fan base?

I am assuming they are still using paper instead of computers -- zero chatter because they have failed to utilize modern technology.

Carry your point forward to the "debate" between Mr. CAPS and others it would appear that seeds may play a part in the order of finish unless the separation between the teams in those 3 years was so wide it was anti-climatic.

Would that rule out a match vs. Parris?

Do you really need a National Federation telling you what should be common sense? I would guess 100% of wrestlers understand the consequences of not wearing headgear, it is their choice if they want to risk having permanent damage to their ears for a very small inconvenience while on the mat.

At the county meet Roth defeated Culp (Warren), who beat him in the quarters, for 5th place.

We all know Perry is one of the best in the state but that doesn't excuse the fact their sectional is on the downside of toughness. The ideas/suggestions are not mutually exclusive.
