Question since Girls wrestling is now an official emerging sport:

Are Indiana HS girls allowed to compete in this since it is during their season and on a Sunday?

Southport is hosting a tournament that allows multiple entries.  Faulkens approved the format.

I am trying to put together a schedule for this upcoming season. Does anyone have any dates for tournaments/duals yet?

195 Gabe Harty is also wrestling with Indiana Flash

What is a realistic timeline of when the IHSAA will start working on this issue and have their solution?

What about just moving the State Finals back a week.

Having a "off" week between semistate and state?

I assume he will be able to wrestle next year!!!

$50 entry fee

$20 for a spectator

limit of 2 spectators...

So it would cost my wife and I $90 to take and watch my 6 year old wrestle.

I know State is suppose to be important, but this may be getting out of hand.

I know the lists were provided to coaches at State, but will the lists get posted publicly?

it's not like this tournament has full wrestlebacks and time is at a major premium.  Let the damned kids wrestle a full match as if it means something!

Was surprised to see 220 Hinton choose top in the 3rd...   Then he got 2 straight cautions when getting set....

And no matter how many coaches a team takes, you are only allowed two in the corner... So the maximum number of coaches on the floor would always be 16!!!  

But I think it is ridiculous that we make coaches pay at Regional and Semi-State as well.  Regional you get 2 coaches and Semi-State I believe it was 3...

I wonder how many assistants are allowed in other sports...
