That's one of the MAIN reasons individual State should be classed. You are the one that doesn't get it. Small schools are at a huge disadvantage because of this.

Why? Drive to Indy like the rest of the state does. Is that too difficult? We drive our kids to Indy for these trips. It's 3 hours for us. Your drive can't be further than that!

I agree. However, Chad and Nick will be in the same weight class (58Kg), so both won't make the World Team.

Nick and Joe Lee are almost the exact same size. Joe was way undersized this year at 138. His ideal wrestling weight was 132. I hope they distance themselves from each other in weight over the next 2 years so he's not wrestling up a weight again.

Y2 has converted me over the years. My only concern is will the IHSAA let a small school elect to wrestle up like Mater Dei does in the IHSWCA Team State duals? They are a 1A school in size but choose to wrestle with the larger schools. Is this permitted in other classed sports?

You obviously haven't been paying attention. Kemper is in great shape this year and will not get gassed. He wins this match easily.

Nick Lee is the ultimate lock here. Everyone else is wrestling for 2nd place. Nick pins or techs the field.
