So, I sit here at 4:40 am CST and I'm dead tired, but I can't sleep.  I've already made the drive back to NWI, so that drive from hell is behind me.  The hot dogs.  Pretty damn good.  The concession stand I used to buy my dogs made them to order, so, they were fresh.  They grilled them on something, they had a nice char, nice buns even without yoga pants, a good overall product.  Just one small gripe.  They were expensive.  $7 a pop for these bad boys.  Oh well.  7 slices of pizza outta 8.  Kinda a side note, I mentioned this in a reply, but I was told Hanover Central are looking into changing their hot dogs because of my review.  One day my friends, we will have the hot dogs we deserve at all wrestling meets across the great state of Indiana!  And, as always, thank you for reading.✌️✌️✌️

Completely irrelevant question. Why do they call it semistate when there are four of them? That makes two states in total. Who gets the second title?

Crown Point has been on a different level, the entire season CP has a bright yesterday, today and future.  
Question- What happened?  i discount big stage, jitters, etcetera.  Part of what makes this team great is regular participation in high stakes matches.
 
Fact-  Their kids were not crisp; some looked sluggish and tired.
 
Two theories:
 A  bug passed around the team After five weeks of a weak conference tournament, followed by complete dominance in weak sectional, regionals and semi state; the Bulldogs lost their edge and got soft.   The opposite scenario existed for CG, Avon and BB.  Look at the countenance and performance of their kids.

I got a bit frustrated with some of the live streaming issues.  That said, I feel very fortunate that they offer it at all.  Couldn’t travel this weekend due to other commitments, but we had our own party of sorts at my house.  It was a grand time for us.  Not the same as being there live, but it was still great … and a lot cheaper.

Tylin Thrine. He’s 80-1 after two seasons and will be a returning champion. He spent most of the season ranked nationally at 126, where he won it as a freshman, until he confirmed that he moved up to 132.

---Hartleroad impressed this weekend pulling down 3rd in a loaded heavyweight field. 75% of the field @ 285's are Seniors. And he finished 3rd. I would look for him again next year to improve on that.

Had it not been for the one loss he suffered at Al Smith to Shepherd, he’d be my pick for most dominant wrestler this season. Just absolutely insane strength on top and he wrestles with so much finesse. I’m happy he avenged that loss in top form, though. Congrats, Rello!

No doubt the Southwestern part of the state lucked out on travel time but who here wouldn't be happy to have it in their own town if they had the venue? I thought Evansville did a good job. I didn't like having no pass outs for Friday's session though.

Guys that have never wrestled or will ever understand what these kids and families sacrifice make up rules on how a kid and team can celebrate. 
 
Word is that they tell kids that they can’t eat PB&J during faceoff … no matter how hungry you are!!!  

I was referring to a team ring, not individual. Anyone paying attention this season would classify CP’s performance this weekend as incredibly disappointing. They had multiple guys underperform this weekend which was the only way they were going to lose the team race considering they had 2-3 more qualifiers than CG & BB.

If anyone kept listening to the broadcast I review with Snyder, he said it pretty well - Avon, Brownsburg and Center Grove all in the same dang gum regional. That's nuts that 3 of the top 5 placing teams beat the snot of each other for three weekends - brutal!
