#8 Hinshaw-OV vs #12 Rose-THS. These wrestlers are 

Seniors and go thru the same Sectional, Regional and 

EVSS together. Fireworks in the 1st match up.  Good Luck

Fans, was able to get out and watch some good wrestling this past week.

I went over to the Edgewood Invite and seen 12 teams from the South.

(EVSS) Teams that stood out to me was Cascade , Ben Davis and Jasper.

Things have change for some of the Programs since last year. New Coach's

and new kids, kids going different weights and so on. Mooresville and

Bloomington Regionals are going to be Tough this year. Some kids are going

to Suprise others! 

Also was able to watch OV @ THS last night. Both Programs had 25/30

wrestlers present. I got my $ worth last night. 7/8 JV match's that brought

me to tears watching the young man for OV that has one arm. Kid Amazed

me how he fought the odds, great body control and balance. My Hats off

to him, keep fighting!

Really wanted to see a few weights and they didn't disappoint. Weaver / May

was a battle , Bender is a sleeper ,kid is smooth. Murphy/Mills OT-Murphy 4-2

and then #8 Hinshaw and #12 Rose was 4-3 till Rose tried a last chance throw

and got caught to finish match at 6-3 Hinshaw.  These teams are in same

Sectional & Regional , so there will be more Fireworks to come.

Tis the Season for Wrestling. You Ranking guys do an Awesome Job! Thanks

Just want to point out a couple thing I noticed. Believe Noah Weaver-Rossville

was missed when doing the 170 class foe NC semi-state.

Also IMO i fell that Foster @ 182 should be ranked higher. Was a Blood rounder

last year losing to Hansen a State Placer.  3rd Ranked kid lost in NCSS to a 

#4 seed. Just saying.

   In the South at 145/152 , Tyler Lee of Northview has been overlooked.

He is tough as nails and had some Win against SSQ/SQ. Also believe that

Jeffersonville has a HWT that was a Triple Crown winner in ISWA !!  Where is VanOver and Turner from EMD?

I was researching this yesterday!  I found some teams that have this date

open and points to potentially get in to get 5 solid match's.

You could reach out to Eastern (Pekin), Eminence, North Putnam, Salem,

Silver Creek and West Washington. These are Southern Teams that you 

could see during the Tournament time. Thanks BT19

His is the best spot for himself & the Team to succeed. (IMO) Stephens, Glenn,

Lain have 132-138-145 covered.  Just don't see it unless Coach has another kid

Newman is a Competitor , he had a great Season. I want to give him an Applaud.

I talked to him at their first tournament of the year. (Edgewood)  He said it is my

Senior year and I'm going after the Title.
