Coach Hull
2016 Regional Training Centers Welcome to the 2016 ISWA/USAW Regional Training Center thread. Here is where you will find information on our RTC sites both collectively and individually. As many are aware, the new Regional Training Center program will be centered around the international styles of Freestyle and Greco-Roman only. We began this transition last year and are entering into the second phase, which we are extremely excited about as more programs are buying in to the importance of Freestyle and Greco and are prepared to blaze the trail. This transition is not only in the Olympic spirit, but designed to provide more quality Freestyle and Greco training opportunity for athletes, ultimately raising the caliber of Indiana wrestling in a serious way. Below are the dates and times of the 2016 schedule. Regional Training Centers are for Schoolboy wrestlers and older. You must have a 2015-2016 USA Wrestling Competitor Membership card to participate. For more information please contact the designated Site Director or Nick Hull, RTC Director @ coachnhull@gmail.com We look forward to a great year! "We are excited to have Steven join our staff," said Downing. "We believe he will bring energy to the department and will build the program exactly how we want it built. Steven will bring in quality student-athletes who will perform on the field and in the classroom." "I am very excited about this opportunity to create and enviroment that breeds success on and off the wrestling mat," said Bradley. "I look forward to having a positive influence on the lives of these young men on a daily basis. This wrestling program is a great addition to the high-quality athletics at Marian University as well as to Indiana wrestling as a whole. I would like to thank President Elsener and Mr. Downing for hiring me and having faith in me to run this program with the utmost integrity." InTheCircle
Here's a crazy idea mr. Hull. If you publish this list of RTCs on IndianaMat, then keep it updated. Don't change the date and times of the RTC at a later time on the iswa web site and never bother looping back to IndianaMat to provide the wrestling coaches with new info. We wasted 2 and half hours driving back and forth to an RTC recently that had been moved but you never updated for us. Total waste. Changing RTCs without notice should do wonders for our freestyle tournament attendance. Oh wait.
