  1. So, did he wrestle Casebolt? If so, how was that match
  2. I bet 113 was a good one. That's if it was Annakin vs Egli.
  3. while they may have some young ones on the team, I wouldn't say inexperienced. There's a reason why 5 starters in their line up are ranked 6th or higher in the SS ranking with 2 being ranked within the state rankings.
  4. I don't know you personally and with everything you've stated that you've done for this sport, I applaud you. However, I think the last 4 lines of your original post is what is offensive. That could have been just left out in my opinion.
  5. Couldnt help but notice that Red was bumped up to 145 for a ff instead of wrestling at 132 against Melloh who also received a ff. Did that come back to bite NP, who ended up losing by 1. I'm sure Red would have probably won that match, this would have given NP the team victory over Cathedral. Wonder what the reason behind this was?
  6. In 2a battle. The ever so energetic and rarely outspoken Tim Alcorn brings #7 ranked Mt. Vernon(posey)to Ev. Memorial(#10). Result Ev. Memorial-42 Mt. Vernon. -24
  7. Not sure of individual results, but heard #4 2A Ev Memorial went 0-5 at Jeff invite. Tough tourney with a lot of ranked wrestlers there
  8. Any individual results from the Yorktown vs MV match.
  9. How is Yorktown ranked so low, they appear to have a loaded line up? From this weekend Yorktown49. Mt Vernon 13
  10. Congrats to Red. Huge wins over #4,2 to solidify his #1 ranking.
  11. Red vs Pletcher in finals. Will Pletcher get redemption for his loss to Red, or does Red remain on the top as #1 in the country.
  12. If what I have heard is true, this is a shame. Potentially one of Indiana's finest never to win state. On the same token, I hope it's not true and wish the best for Paul.
  13. At least the refs were consistent in them type of calls. I can recall at least 2 other challenges of the same scenario and the calls stood.
  14. I think it was a good call by the ref on the TD. I do agree though that Tsirtsis wasn't as offensive as we are used to seeing him.
  15. Didnt the Welch brothers also go undefeated their senior years while capturing the state titles. I would go for the Tsirtsis Brothers as the most successful with both being 4x champs.
  16. Red will not swallow his pride enough to face Nick Lee. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Red not only wants to go out as a 4x champ, but hopefully an unblemished record. He's had opportunities to make this happen, only to not take that chance. If i was to eat my words on this issue, I'll take Nick by 5 or more.
  17. I don't think Red beats either one of the Lees
  18. Nothing tops this one. Prayers for this young man and his family
  19. Sorry, this isn't Stan Brown. I am also sorry that Lee lost. I was pulling for kid as well. His loss to Cash is no more of a surprise as James losing to Lee. All 3 are tough as nails and the better man won when it counted the most.
  20. Ref was in great position. A quick call would have been when both blades first touched the mat. Ref waited till Cash walked to the head and rolled him FLAT on his back. Good call
  21. Would have probably seen Kemper in the finals had it not been for "Bracket Gate"
