maligned
Here are the Team State qualification leaderboards through sectionals. Reminders: --classification numbers are UNOFFICIAL until the IHSAA publishes their new numbers in the next week or two --these scores are almost meaningless in 4A and not so meaningful in 3A yet either. Some teams far down the leaderboards will make huge moves and teams high on the board now won't be in the mix for top spots --these scores DO mean something in 1A and to a lesser degree 2A. The teams that will be in the mix for automatic bids are already near the top of the board. Clint Gard
Does this have the bonus for no FF's already added in? I calculate Rochester having 191.

I feel it has not been added yet. I come up with 156 for PH....subtract 25 for full I get the 131 it shows.

brickfor6
@maligned Did Chesterton's enrollment go down? That seems very doubtful. They are 6A in football and city seems to be growing

No, it doesn't. Sorry about that. We accidentally linked teams' scores on our standings page to the pre-bonus score on the team pages. I'll fix it and re-post. Their enrollment last year was around 2063 correct? Wondering how they lost 68 kids. Are they counting virtual school kids? Just questions…

Again...those classification numbers are unofficial till we see how the IHSAA treats them brickfor6

maligned
4A Leaderboard through Regionals. Positions now matter a little bit, but this weekend will be the one where there's a lot of jostling for position in this class. "Pts Avail" means points available for this team to score this weekend. Remember Classifications are still UNOFFICIAL until the IHSAA numbers are released or until state finals weekend arrives--whichever comes first. The 3 best semi-state highest scores, plus the next 3 best scores, regardless of semi-state earn the 6 automatic bids.

maligned
2A Leaderboard through Regionals. There will no longer be huge jumps in this class, but there will be a big fight for those 6th to 10th positions that will mainly conclude this weekend. "Pts Avail" means points available for this team to score this weekend. Remember Classifications are still UNOFFICIAL until the IHSAA numbers are released or until state finals weekend arrives--whichever comes first. maligned
1A Leaderboard through Regionals. Positions are largely determined in this class now. There will still be a little moving, but you can see from the "Points Available" column that not many points are up for grabs any more. (Seniors are done scoring in 1A.) "Pts Avail" means points available for this team to score this weekend. Remember Classifications are still UNOFFICIAL until the IHSAA numbers are released or until state finals weekend arrives--whichever comes first. The highest score from each semi-state, plus the next 6 highest scores, regardless of semi-state, earn automatic bids. Both fit the 1A requirements of being sophomore or junior, having reached at least regional last year, and having wrestled 10+ matches this year.
