  1. Please help! Everyone wants accurate results, but without good data to work with, we can't nail it down! 3. For 2021: Champs ECC - 3 Evansville - 5 New Castle - 5 Ft. Wayne - 1 1st through 7th (for my stats, everyone who makes it to Saturday counts as "8th place", so I can't add 8th place) ECC - 25 Evansville - 29 New Castle - 31 Ft. Wayne - 13 So guessing PatParham had it right, after all.

  5. Mitts (East Central 182) shoulder surgery - out for year.
  6. Yeah, they placed well at Conference and Regional with only half a team! And I don't think they are losing any to graduation.
  7. He beat Chandler Hale at the EC 8-Way. Not sure about any other notable wins, but when you see this kid on the mat, you would never think he is a freshman. I was VERY impressed. At Conference and Sectional (I wasn't at Regional, but based on the results, he did OK there, too).
  8. A lot of posts (not this thread) make me scratch my head, but yours really almost DID make me fall off my chair! LOLOLOL ;D
  9. Yeah, it sucks. Had something similar last year with Ricky Brown vs. Maximiliano in the ticket round. Sometimes the luck of the draw is just that. BAD luck.....
  10. A little different way to look at it...... I took the records of the theoretical top 4 (best head to head record for first round matchups) and calculated winning percentage. I also listed the best record that is NOT in the top 4 at each weght class. 170 definitely looks the strongest, and 220 is by far the weakest (one SS representative will probably be sub-.500). Miller (113) and Kell (138) helped themselves by finishing first and second respectively last week to avoid facing opponents with 19-5 records. Someone will be a tough out at those two weight classes. And you have two great records on the outside looking in at 126. Weight W L Pct. Next 170 104 8 0.929 32-7 132 114 17 0.870 30-6 160 118 18 0.868 21-7 182 111 17 0.867 24-8 138 126 20 0.863 19-5 120 123 20 0.860 21-6 285 93 16 0.853 20-9 152 119 21 0.850 28-7 106 111 21 0.841 22-7 113 104 24 0.813 19-5 126 105 25 0.808 35-7, 32-9 145 90 28 0.763 24-12 195 90 30 0.750 27-11 220 86 40 0.683 19-8 Good luck (and good health) to all wrestlers!
  11. Moore won 220 and Mitts third at 195. Don't know the rest.
  12. Ha! I was there and didn't get them all. Of course, I left after 170......
  13. He may not know all the FC results yet.....
