They took away the parade, doing this with medals, and they don't have cameras going this round on the jumbo screen. If something got spread then someone already has done it to much of the group. They can probably deal with standing beside each other for a couple minutes to get a medal, especially if they are wrestling a mask most of the time. My only thought is the IHSAA is hoping they and their family will leave the building after rather than stay for the finals. That would just make it even emptier for the finals though. Every single person has been pissed off...try taking a picture when you are! At the very least let them cool off and the emotion die off a bit. I feel like if they do this in the finals that quite a few of the wrestlers may not want to deal with a camera in their face right after the match. But most could compose themselves with the 15min or so of cool down time. Hopefully they have a different approach for that one.
