106- Handley, Purtha, Harris, Markley

113-Miller, Coffman, Castle, Hangen? Not real sure about this class

120- McClurg, Jenkinson, Thompson, Newton

126- Phillips, Prescott, Bowers, Craft

132- Michaels, Reffit, Downey, Brush

138- Cox, Tipton, Isaacs, Redd

145- Killion, Gorman, Halcomb, Oswald

152- Underwood (really surprised me this season), Ring, McDaniel, Berlison

160- Anguiano, Rihm, Jordan, Klingle

170- Aquino, Baron, Mosely, Hale

182- Gough, Robinson, Terriquez, Haarmeyer

195- Hangen, Calderon (good match), Burk, McDaniel

220- Sofranko, Parker,  Deloney, Moore,

285- Williams, Minges, Creigmile, Henry

Probably nothing even close.. Stuck to seeds for the most part haven't seen some of these guys wrestle.

there will be a few upsets...im not talking about a 3 over a 2 or 2 over a 1, im talking bigger than that:

113 unseeded Tyler Rodendello- CV (i see placing 3rd)

126 Cole Bowers- UCo  4 seed (i see in championship match)

132  Monty Adams - Hag unseeded (i see a possible upset over the 2 seed early)

152 have not seen underwood this year so could be wrong but could be a championship match without top 2 seeds

182 a 3 seed could win it all

195 Caleb Cook - Tri  4  seed (could shock everyone)

285 when is the last time you saw a freshman win conference at heavyweight? could possibly happen

Hoping Craft has a speedy recovery!

Underwood was always strong and fast but he's developed into a wrestler throughout the season. Compared his first match of the season to last weekend at county tourney and it was a 100% difference... I could easily be wrong but I've got confidence in him

i made actual bracket from the info that coach mathews posted. hopefully this works:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AmBzEZAWlS_0dFlVcjM1aU9LZUFVUmp4TzhSOTJEemc&output=html

Works.  Just have to view/print one class at a time.

One thing I like this time of year is that we get to see the records of some of these kids we have been reading about all year.  Brackets without W/L records are a tad disappointing.  LOL

since it looks like the centerville/winchester match is happening, i wanted to point out some very interesting matches if everyone is there and makes weight without bumping, that will be a sneak preview of conference on saturday:

113 Hangen (4 seed)/rodendello (unseeded) - first round matchup at TEC and I pick an upset

120 jenkinson (2 seed)/thompson (4 seed)

126 prescott (1 seed)/phillips (2 seed) - i say the 2 wins it

145 killion (1 seed)/halcomb (4 seed)

152 underwood (1 seed)/burelison (4 seed) - could be an upset

160 jordan (3 seed)/klingel (4seed)

182 robinson (1 seed)/gough (3 seed) - should be 1a, 1b and 1c seeds lol

195 calderon (1 seed)/hangen (2 seed) i predict great match, winner by 1 point decision

220 sofronko (1 seed)/deloney (4 seed)

285 williams (1 seed)/creigmile (3 seed)

notes from tonight...

centerville wrestled like puke. probably worst dual i ever saw team wise with very few exceptions.

centervilles 113 was in street clothes and a sling.

winchesters 285 was limping very bad after his match and icing his knee.

prescott got my vote, already updated my predictions. just words of advice for the freshman, your good, bring the cocky down a tad and let your wrestling speak. but thats it, very impressive.
