  1. Good call their too. Not downing Kaiser at all. I'v seen him wrestle since he was about 10 and he's obviously won many matches. Best of luck to everyone. Including the guys who are not "my guys"
  2. I'm basing it upon the argument you used against Hangen. Yorktown wrestles a tougher schedule therefor Heistand will win.
  3. Typical of past years supporting Gonzo here. If Phillips is THE undisputed heavyweight of the Delta Sectional then you shouldn't need to worry about an easier path..
  4. So will there be new brackets then? Heistand over Phillips.
  5. In just the last to two weeks I've seen at least 8 or 9 matches where one wrestler immediately backs up to the line on the whistle. They then avoid the other wrestler. The man who was backing up then gets ahead a couple points and stalls out to the end by back up to the line and jumping out of bounds. Made for some very long and dull matches. I've noticed some refs won't call stalling until it will determine the winner of a match (the 3rd period) while the wrestler(s) were stalling the entire match.
  6. Hangen and Little should be a good finals feel like that could go either way. I'll take Heistand over Phillips at HWT.

    1. Centerville 2. Winchester Individuals big toss up. Hopefully we will get to see Williams Barron rematch in the finals... Prescott and Hangen both win. Jason Hale has been looking really solid the second half of the season top 3 finish.

Prescott was at 145 assuming he will stay there, looked much stronger. Saw some terrible sportsmanship at the county duals today. Very surprised there weren't any team point penalizations. Great day of wrestling overall saw some very good things from all of the teams as well. Barron and Williams will be a great finals match up for TEC. Lets hear some predictions... I think I'll take Winchester as team champions Thompson at 126 Prescott at 145 Barron at 182 (slight edge over Williams after seeing them today) Hangen at 220 Nunez (170), Underwood (160), and Halcomb (152) will all be in the mix for first as well. I'll have more individuals later.

It will be a dual. Not sure of order yet which could make a difference seeing that for the most part Union City, Monroe Central, and Winchester have a full roster and Randolph Southern does not essentially giving a bye to almost an entire team the first round. Can honestly say it's the first county I've been excited to watch in nearly 15 years. When Anderson and Jones were coaching it never seemed like too much of a threat at county for Winchester.

Winchester is fairly inconsistent. Based on what I've seen if I had to pick today I would be Centerville winning TEC. Winchester will have a tougher county than expected Monroe Central is solid. Can't wait for the Ford Prescott rematch. Would love to see Phillips and Hangen as well. Northeastern did have some solid wrestlers. Charles Barron and Dillon Williams will be another good one to watch.

Winchester and Union City are both at ECIC today. Was told Prescott pinned Zeus Brown from Muncie Central.

Heard WC may be looking to go to Sparty next year. Would add some clarity to predictions and Sparty is more in depth than ECIC. Would be a great move on their part. Happy holidays everyone and enjoy your holiday tournaments

Unfortunate to hear about Cam. Hopefully he will get it worked out. Was he close enough that the allowance would allow him to wrestle?

Williams from Winchester at 182 over Barron Union City isn't in the prediction for 126. Guess we will see tonight if Thompson really deserves it or not?
