Oscar
Let's talk about probability. The odds makers(Las Vegas Style) Would see five teams with long odds maybe 8 to 1 or 8 to 2 or 8 to 3. Three teams are damn near even at gate time considering the favorite is coming to the line a little banged up. I will put my bet on the original favorite. But I have lost before. Just ask my odds maker.

BingoBangoBongo
I'll slap my grandma if a team from the bottom bracket wins it all. The big three on top are on another level than the ones on bottom.
catfish
Before everyone discounts Castle because of the individual State Tourney, keep in mind they did not have any top 4/5 kids in Y2's rankings. What they have is 10 kids that would be rated in the 5-20 range in the state. MD did not do well at individual state last year and came 1 match from beating Mishawaka. Please post similar lineup previews for this weekends teams if you have them. I see Castle being favored in their first matchup, slight favorite in their second matchup, and 1 or 2 matchups short in the championship. Hope this helps others trying to look at matchups. 103 Freshman? (not that familiar with) 112-Semi-State 37-7 (lost Colon 1st round) 119-Semi-State qualifier (not that familiar with) 125-Sophomore? XCard
Can anyone make a list of the head to head team dual scores for the teams at team state? What were the IC CP, CP M scores etc? Were there other head to heads? Did PM wrestle any of those schools? I know Castle has no head to heads with any of the other schools at team state. I guess I will take it a step further, can anyone post the individual results or a link to them for each of the head2head match-ups?

catfish
Looking at Crown Point and Castle final. Crown Point favorite to win seven and Castle favorite to win seven. Granny is getting more nervous.
Midwest Wrestling Fanpage
I am going with Perry , they only lost to Mishawaka by 4 points in the season and there were a couple of matches that I see going the other way this time It is unbeliveable the percentage against Perry, with Castle sqeeking by Jeffersonville during the season, and Perry already beating Bellmont this year. I quess this is why you go out and wrestle!! We will see on sat. Perry vs. Crown Point in the finals

Just using Mishawaka as an example of what could happen that would not be shocking, so don't be so confident. Actually how you have it the score should be 25-20 with Mishawaka winning at HWT. You also have Mishawaka getting beat most everytime where kids have records that are very close. You have to keep in mind Mishawaka wrestles a very tough schedule. catfish
The last thing we need is MD85 getting on here saying that a Castle kid that just finished 7th in the state will get pinned because a MD freshman did last year. He did not get pinned by Porras on his way to a state championship last week. He did not get pinned by Cook who pinned Harper and I doubt that he will get pinned by a less than 100% Harper. That is why they wrestle though. Sure wish we could get some southern support from our fellow SIAC member.
BlueBolt
My guess is we will all have to wait until Saturday to find out if any of this banter is worth the time at the keyboard...So why not just let the kids wrestle this out and let things happen as they happen? There are 8 REALLY great teams in this thing! Best of luck to ALL and here is to hoping for a healthy end of the season!
