Lot of really good wrestlers on your list, but only a couple would be in the conversation to be on the all-time Indiana team.

Obviously.  Both Stark, Richmond Brooks, and Wagner I’d put up against all comers.  Brooks is my lock. He could when it all today.

I saw Brooks win state.  He was really good, no doubt.  But the guys mentioned in other posts were multiple time state champs/fargo champs/sr national champs/NCAA AA's. and one was an NCAA champ.  I think he's a tier below those guys.  I know you don't agree, but the accolades just aren't there for him.

He wasn’t going to get in to any college. Just didn’t have the grades.  He pinned Paul Troupe at State.  Look it up.  You saw him: I wrestled with him on state teams and AAU tournaments.  He is probably the best natural athlete I’ve ever met and I’ve met a lot of great athletes. Everybody can’t go to college.  He probably was unaware of post high school: he graduated 32 years ago.  I see him sometimes.  He can still do an aerial.   I will go to my grave believing Kenny Monday is lucky Brooks didn’t wrestle after 1991.

Like I said, he was really good.  Don't think he was Olympic champion good.  If you want to believe that he would have beaten Kenny Monday, more power to you.
