Lights out finals matches here as Freshman phenom Peyton Richards will go to battle w/ Jayden Owlsey and two state ranked wrestlers, #15 Zane Schreck and #9 Liam Krueger will battle for that big draw next weekend at Evansville. Don't sleep on----- Switzerland County, The Young Gunz of from Wine Country come into regionals guns ablazing..... Justin Ratliff
Heine Brothers Coffee is legit! Started with a single roaster and coffee stand at a Kroger in Louisville. We treated some family from Oklahoma to some Heine Brothers when North had a 3-way dual with Jeff and Corydon at the beginning of the season. Going to be some exciting matches. 138 is definitely the craziest. Could be some fireworks! 160 Boomer Hester (4 seed) could upset Trotter (1 seed). I believe that they have seen each other earlier in the season, right? Don't sleep on Saevre (4 seed) from North either. How cool would it be to have 2 4th seeds in the finals? Did you know one of the Heine Brothers founders (sorta, Heine merged with another coffee chain), Chuck Schnatter, is John Schnatter's (Papa John's) brother, who are both from Jeffersonville. / jeffersonville facts SIwrestling, TripleB, Rugger44 and 1 other 2

TripleB
There are story lines at the upper weights 182 - After winning regionals as a freshman, Van Skinner has been battling Olympians, can he shake what's become his kryptonite and pick up another regional championship? 195 - Can any one stop the human Tank from Scottsburg, Bryson Matta? 220 - The Morrill of story here is no one is stopping Tommy 220 285 - Land/McMahon 3 - McMahon won a wild one at Jeff Duals, there was like 30-35 points on the board, then he takes the HHC title in a little less dramatic fashion. But Land is a triple-crowner and as mentioned above, we are at Jeff, will the day finish w/ the Red Devin on top? alibaba812
145 will be interesting. Nate Anderson from Columbus East lost by 1 after a 3rd period reversal to a very tough Asher Ratliff from North in the sectional championship last weekend. He was last years regional champ at 132 and beat a tough Coy Bender of Terre Haute South at team state last month. if both get through tough semi matches it will be a fun rematch in the finals. Bradley Owen from Jeff is a sleeper at 145. He's tough, looked really good last weekend at Sectionals. This is a interesting weight, Anderson and Owen will collide in the semis to face the always stingy, super savvy, freshman Phenom Asher Ratliff. Asher's wrestling IQ is off the charts. Whoever wins in the semis will need to score 3-4 takedowns IMO to beat Ratliff (tall task). He has a 3-0 record against Owens and Anderson already with a combined score of 16-6. Owens being a senior may be feeling the pressure to go out big in his last high school post season, and can hit big moves from anywhere. Anderson and the entire East team are battle tested, and like to keep the score low. If Anderson can keep the score close, and keep Owen from hitting any big moves will probably make it to the finals. My prediction is Anderson over Owens 3-1 and Ratliff over Anderson in the finals 5-2. alibaba812 and Justin Ratliff

Anderson lost to Owen earlier in the season but was coming off a stomach bug and always seems stronger at the end of the season, it will definitely be a close and exciting match. I have a hard time seeing either scoring that many takedowns on Ratliff, but Nate managed to score one last weekend and it went down the wire. Both guys seemed to have a hard time getting anything going on the feet in their second match and I wouldn't be surprised to see it come down to escapes or reversals again. Do you know anything about the East Pekin kid? I haven't seen any of those kids wrestle before.
