You guys would pick Micic over Brooks????? You guys are ridiculous. I guess Micic looked sooooo good in his finals match the other night... Pshhhh, Brooks wins that one 5-0.

I'm gonna recant my previous pick of Stevenson, and choose Lefever instead. And we thought this kid's brothers were good!! IMO he is the best wrestler in that family and has a good chance to do what Connor or Reece could never do.

What we need, are people that aren't SPINELESS!!! No way that kid should have won that match and moved on. The sentiment of all the fans at semi state made that very evident. BUT! Even if that kid "bull crapped" his way to a state appearance, whoever deserves the bad karma, will most certainly get the bad karma. I am a firm believer of what comes around goes around... -

Best match i've ever experienced going to state was when Tsirtsis beat Cashe Quiroga to advance to the finals. Just amazing..

As mostly a wrestler but a lover of all sports, I just can't comprehend why you guys think Robinson would get majored. We're talking about a guy who's dad was in the NBA and who's brother is on his way to the NBA. I know how good Sliga is. He's a freak of nature. But we certainly aren't giving Robinson enough credit here. It would be a whole lot closer than you guys think.

yeah and i remember Metcalf was supposed to beat Caldwell too. I think Robinson would give Sliga all he could handle. Just look at the bloodline of Robinson's family! Are you SERIOUS! Thats a straight up entire family of athletes.

Gonna be a very tough weight. As of now and yes I mean only now, its is CJ Red's weight to lose. That being said, I see Sinkovics, Lee, or Smith being the ones who would derail Red. All of you guys on here want to go with the typical "freshman 106 phenom gonna win it all" pick but these other guys at this weight have more State experience and I would not be the least bit surprised if he were to not win it.

I don't know if they still do, but Westview High School literally serves pancakes, buiscuts and gravy, scrambled eggs, and a plethora of other tasty Amish breakfast foods.

Mitch Sliga will be the best wrestler in the state pound for pound. He's Indiana's most accomplished wrestler besides Tsirtsis. I'd really like to see him compete in the Olympics in 2016. And I also think when its said and done, he'll be up there in the ranks of Escobedo, Tsirtsis bro's, Howe, and Humphrey as Indiana's most accomplished wrestlers. -

ACAC with 3 semi-state champions with Lee, Batt, and Bieberstine. Not too shabby considering those three schools are small. -
Im sorry, but a guy purposely losing a match is BS no matter what the situation. I find it hard to give respect to a kid who wanted to get 4th after losing in the semis. Injury or not, just wrestle the match! Even though Phillips has 2 rings, I believe that Crume will beat him on Friday night. Crume dec Phillips 6-3.

Forget Micic or Boston, this weight, in my opinion, is wide open. There could be quite a few upsets at this weight on Saturday. But my gut instinct tells me to go with Boston if these guys end up together in the final. Boston dec Micic 4-1.

Taking Tsirtsis and Raley to the wire takes a really good wrestler to do that. Mark my words, Jackson will finally get his elusive state title.

I know Gerber made it state last year. I'm pretty sure Zink has never made it through to state. I know he had a close call in the ticket round last year and probably should have won. I think he beats Gerber and makes it thru.
