    Back in the 90's Portage was the power around the region http://www.ihsaa.org/b-wrestling_frame.htm gives a look at what schools were producing state champs back in 96-97 Vega and Maldonado won multiple titles.

    112 is going to be tough , it's a shame but some very good kids aren't going to make it to SS

    Marciano did pretty good with his opportunity. It'll be tougher facing Slagle in the 2nd round at regionals. At least I think thats how it could play out

    katsafaros at 130 from Chesterton could go downstate but I don't see him medaling this year.He will have to battle Tsirtis,Clark from Calumet and Escobedo from Andrean on his way out of the da region.

    Who put Katsaforos into consolations at 130 and how did it happen? Is LC banged up? I didn't notice a couple of their studs listed like Ayersman and Nocovski.

    When you see Penn St at 26 that means only 1 Big 10 program isn't rated. I think 7 out of 12 schools in the Big 12 aren't rated.
