Down 18-0 after 4 matches, I was hoping they would just make the final score respectable, but the Hoosiers dug their heels in and fought all the way back. The crowd was smedium, but we made some noise, I hope it helped! When they awarded Fongaro that last second takedown after review, and Graham put Jones on his back, it sounded like 10,000 in Wilkinson.

Wow PSU is dominate. Noone is coming close to touching them this year.

Holy!! Coming down to the final match. Fongaro beats the buzzer somehow to steal one, coming down to Graham. They came back fighting!

18-3 at the intermission.  

Washington loses in the last few seconds. 15-0 after 3. Granted lee and Lillard didn't wrestle. 

It’s been a long time coming. 

Hate it for the fans, like me. I know ducking is “in” now but it is hard thing to debate not knowing facts of these matters.  Wrestling is a contact sport. So many minor things can blossom into something that will get worse before it gets better and if you  keep aggravating it you’ll never heal enough to be at peak.  A tight rope to walk for athletes and coaches. 

What’s basketball?

Indiana needs this one to get itself off the bottom tier of the conference and into the next level. 

Should be a good one, on big10 network too. 

The writing is on the wall this year. The Hoosiers won’t be on top he bottom of the conference this year after Purdue and Maryland wins.  And still have a few more winnable matches in their minds , Northwestern and mich. St. But real tell-tell  for every program, regardless of team standings ,is how many you get qualified for the NCAA championship. Rest , but staying mentally sharp ,for a lot of athletes this time of the year ,is an important strategy.  To be able to Peak thru big ten tournament into the championship. Anyway IU ain’t on the bottom. 

In the long run, people won't look back at results and care about duals.
 
But I was in the arena. A Big 10 rivalry in a standing-room only crowd of 4500 in an arena designed for wrestling with both teams putting out their best possible lineups is one of the most electric environments there is in wrestling anywhere in the world. It sucked seeing Davison get upset at the end, but having an entire dual in that environment come down to a last-second upset takedown for the home team was an unbelievable moment to witness.

Thought it was kinda bush league Escobedo throwing the brick in Baumann vs Washington. He knew there was nothing to challenge just giving Washington a break for him to catch his breath

I’m in agreement here. The disparity between the haves vs. the have nots in he big ten is way out of alignment now.

I liked that Elijah Oliver got a shoutout at half time as he is an assistant at Maryland.
