  1. Must be a FloPro Subscriber at the moment but here are the two big Parris Matches. Bailey HS Courtney hasn't been loaded yet. Parris vs Kennerly http://www.flowrestling.org/video/1208084-220-lbs-mason-parris-indiana-high-rollers-vs-brian-kennerly-team-shutt#.WSzYQ4EpCEc Parris vs Hoffman http://www.flowrestling.org/video/1208098-220-lbs-mason-parris-indiana-high-rollers-vs-gavin-hoffman-bison-legend-orange#.WSzYwYEpCEc
  2. You have to either qualify in each style through the State Tournament or by winning one of the regionals (doesn't matter which) to participate in that style in Fargo. Other than that I believe the only way is to patition the state association for one of the additional open spots that they may still have that were filled by the qualifiers.
  3. He will be on the undercard vs. Eric Shelton. The main event is scheduled to be the long awaited rematch between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones.
  4. I'm guessing Cash Quiroga. State Champ. Junior Nationals Champ. NCAA All-American at Purdue.
  5. Slow news day for flow I guess. But, at least it gives them a chance to give some press to an Indiana guy.
  6. I'm guessing that all bird heads in the area remained in tact this time around.
  7. UncleJimmy, Point of emphasis: The IDOE is the one that has allowed for more school choice. The IHSAA by-laws however are not as tolerant about school transfers due to for athletic reasons or in this case the promotion of it in any way.
  8. Thanks for the flashback. It was a tight fit, but that one actually didn't rank on my top 3 worst weekends a USA tournament though.
  9. I have created a Google Doc that we can all collaborate our information on. Look for the e-mail. (No seriously don't open one of those e-mails, someone is trying to run a nice phishing operation right now via a fake Google Doc)
  10. Black changed his earlier commitment into a Spartan.
  11. Covacu with the win. The the most talked about IN guy going into this event, but he powered through the competitions and wore them down. He finds a late turn to secure the title.
  12. I believe it's due to Maroulis moving up in weight. She's going to run into a bigger seed issue at Wolrds (if she wins) as the new seeding criteria for Wolrds/Olympics does not give wrestlers any credit when they move weight classes.
  13. Wright with a late score to make 61kg Men's Finals vs Kendrick Maples.
  14. Brandon Wright making a nice showing in Senior Men's. He has worked his way into the Semi-Finals.
  15. I know a Prince in Nigeria that needs help transferring a large sum of money into the US bank account. He is willing to offer a nice payment for any help. Let me know if interested.
  16. When this class started high school, Parris was one of the mentioned quality kids but the two Lee's were touted as head and shoulders above the rest. Now, at least according to the poll, Parris has now risen as the clear front-runner of the pack. What a rise he has had over his HS career. Whichever way next year ends up I think we can all agree these young men are a special talent, and we have several other high quality wrestlers in this class to back them up. I'd say it would be worth another Pittsburgh Classic trip or one of our closest chances at getting a Dream Team nod. Joe Lee staying in IN would help in making the case, but Nick Lee and Paul Konrath competing this year would have helped that senior class make a solid argument too.
  17. Last I was told it was just a practice facility for Volleyball and wrestling would remain at its Assembly Hall location. Maybe plans have changed, but it would do a little more for the recruiting to have a new all-in-one practice facility that is kinda their own place.
  18. From my understanding it is just a modern replacement for University Gym, that will be used for meets. It will not house a new wrestling practice facility for wrestling, which I believe would have helped more in terms of potential recruits.
  19. The kid knows his stuff. This should give you a little background on him, plus some other solid MS kids. Sig has done a great job compiling the list. http://indianamat.com/index.php/topic/51482-whos-the-best-middle-school-wrestlers-in-indiana/
  20. Parris must training off campus, that's not enough orange areas to be Lawrenceburg's football field.
  21. The big issue with that is counties are not equal in land size, population and/or number of schools. Which is a big reason the range of the southern semi-state is dramatically different than some of the central and northern ones. So it would be a big shift if boarder counties and in the end basically equal out to the similar set up to what we have now. The next issue would be to consider the locations of large enough facilities to host a semi-state, as well as, access to main roads that will allow you to travel to that location within a reasonable time frame. Again why the southern semi-state set up is a lot different than the options in the central and north.
  22. Upland. .....to be continued.....
  23. Congrats. Be sure to pin them on "The Anchor!"
  24. I believe he wrestled in the USA Folkstyle Nationals event this year, not at the FloNationals event.
