  1. travis put a serious Wolcotville beatdown on that Kentucky boy!!! looked really good on top!
  2. lil brooks gave up one takedown out of bounds for the whole tournament! dont really care what some of the "soft" MMA haters say, but i would recommend getting ur kids involved in JiuJitsu or strait out jumpin in the cage! Takes alot of guts, hard work and Attitude too compete at this level of competition and our two top placers show all of that due too variational training! By the way did anyone at the 32 happen too see "RICK JAMES" in his silks!!!!! he a super freak super freak hes super freaky!!! ; I'M RICK JAMES *#^@<
  3. brooks hasnt given up a takedown all tourney! wrestles Zac hall from michigan in the morning hayden lee is surprising alot of people! Phillips went 5-2 had one heck of a bracket
  4. No boston? Jason? Petrov?
  5. Brooks is 2-0. Phillips lost 2nd rd
  6. Robert Ford aka "mr. brooks" will be opening the doors too Northeasterns finest wrestling and grappling academy in mid November for advanced elementary and beginner too advanced middle school wrestlers. We have an awsome facility in Warsaw and will be doing three classes a week to start. want to get ur kids off the couch and in the gym for some intense training, contact Mr. Ford @ 574-453-6237 or email at robert.ford@zimmer.com
  7. Haters, nathans dad will do whatever it takes too see that his son gets the best coaches in his corner. The boys from l n are some of the best if not the best when it comes to excellent coaches I'm sure they are walkin around with "wood" knowing they have another 3 yrs too develope this young man into an outstanding wrestler which we already know that he is. Its win,win situation on both ends!
  8. Jarred is 7-1 losing his first fight last year and has been rollin through the competition. He fought at 130 lbs his first fight weighing 112 lbs. Jarred is 18 as of may and is registerd through the state. Jarreds walkin around at 126 lbs right now and trains with rick rivera, a seven time golden glove champion and jason fox, gracie blackbelt in jiu jitsu and of course his ground work at home in the garage. Trains 6 days a week. Gotta watch this kid fight, he puts on a heck of a show
  9. Justin will continue his education at iu but will not be wrestling. He will be going pro at 125 and already has 3 belts at 135 and 145. He will take his training too the next level and will be hard to beat at 125. Jarred fights this friday for a title and the main event. Fights r at coveleski stadium in south bend at 6pm
  10. i can say that their is no way that Nathan fears wrestling anyone in the state or the country! Nathan will really excell at Graham and will see just as good if not better competition in Ohio, he will fit right in! Good luck young man.
  11. mason todd and brenden cambell r both going 119
  12. Boston would have too get past Brooks this year and most of us know that this wouldnt happen at 113 regardless what his father tells everyone. Good luck Nathan ur a great kid!

brooks has wrestled all the best in the country and the only person that really can beat jarred this year has been Nick Roberts of Pensylvania who has defeated Jarred twice this year at the World Team Trials in the finals and at the Junior Filas also in the finals. Jarred has been training his ass off for this event and he is ready for any takers!!!!Oh yea , Mr. Roberts finished 5th in the world last year and is ranked 3rd in the country, lets not forget about Mason, Paul, and Devon along with Brooks in the finals!!!!
  14. It was confirmed that Charlie did have a broken hand and wrestled the whole tournament like that. Almost imposible too do in this sport!!! Certainly shows alot of heart and dedication to the state of Indiana.
  15. Jarred has wrestled Kevon Powell from Twister at least 15 times in their career and he pulled the same "i'm hurt because i am about too be pinned" situation against Chandler Carroll and truley was about too be stuck. We have witnesses this for many years in Illinois and i know that i am not well liked in that state!!!! most Illinois officials usually avoid me at national tournaments.Kevon has never beat Jarred and i have alot of respect for Kevon and his family but i seen it comin right when Chandler dumped him too his back. We know how it feels too end up getting beat after having ur opponent stuck and he calls for injury time and asked the official why he stopped it and his excuse was that they were out of bounds. Well anyone who knows me know that i have carred a video camera with me for 10 yrs. now and havnt missed a match in my boy's career and looking at the video he was 3 feet from the line and you could hear the kid calling for injury time on the video. This was a big upset for "Justin" being his second year of wrestling and had "Ramos on his back pinning him. He evedently recovered from his injury and came back and beat Justin by a point. Feel for ya Chandler and his parents! I honestly have been told by Illinois parents that some coaches actually train their kids too use this tactic when tired or being pinned. Really havn't seen many Indiana officials let stuff like that ride. Kudos gentleman!!
  16. Coach Willman keep up the good work with Charlie. He is a kid who has the drive and determination too be a champion and after this weekend he proved to me and many others that he is a true warrior!!!!My opinion the kid has a broken hand and couldnt even grip my finger Saturday morning before competition started but this kid was not gonna let his team down and just give up 6 points like he could have done. Hats off too ya young man you represented Indiana like a true champion. What an exceptional group of kids these boys are and they all represented very well and with TRUE CLASS!!!!!
  17. Brooks will have #1 #4#6 ranked 103lbers and #5 ranked 112lber this weekend. Should be a great weightclass to watch!
  18. boston , brooks and tsirtsis are all 3 in the semi- finals. these boys are wrestling really well!!!
  19. kayla is doin it right! The girl will wrestle anyone in a wrestling room and could beat 95% of the boys she competes against. She is also still very young.Congratulations LIttle Lady!!! brooks
  20. If they did not give Angel Escebedo a full ride "verbally" They deffinatley are not going to give a full ride to a high school freshman that wieghs one hundred and three pounds. Maybe i could see when he is a junior because the kid is crazy good , but first has to wrestle " compitition."
  21. Iu doesnt give "full rides" and certainly can't offer a freshman in high school a scholarship.
  22. brooks will be back at 112 next year and will probably have too cut maybe 4 to five pounds too do it. He looks bigger than he really is.He's wrestling 110 for Filas this April and will get his hair cut and trim his nails too make that!!Jarred wants to be one of the "bigger" guys in his weight for once in his career.Good luck too all!!!!
  23. DUDE ANYBODY WHO CAN TECHFALL PAUL YOUNG IN UNDER 5 MIN. CAN BEAT HOWE COMMON LEFEVER
  24. have u ever seen taylor wrestle??
