it sounded like keigley and lentz in the ticket round was pretty good, 3rd and 4th ranked guys in a 8-7 match -

no way lynde beats tonte, sims, and the winner of the stahl/surma match. what he did at semistate was extremly impressive but to win those three consecitively is too much, i would pick tonte in the first round

ill give them four champs, hawkins, roach, myers, and shrewsbury, and yeah bakalik has gotten some amazing draws, of course at this point in the year you cant really use the word "easy"

graber appears to have gotten the best draw at 189, doesnt have to see shrewsbury, hodges, abbott, johnson-jones, stevenson or scott until the finals

about 5 of his loses are probably mcmurray, and i know stein beat him

ill second quiroz from chesterton, freshman dont finish as ss runner ups at 152, berry from m'ville is also impressive for succeed in a big weight class

are there any small school athletes on here? if so do your feel cheated they the state forces you to wrestle kids from a big school? when i wrestled i didnt care if i was wrestling a kid from pioneer or a kid from carmel or crown point or whatever i just went out and tried my best to win, i was from a big school and i lost to the same guy from a small school 4 times last year, he was better than me, he didnt care that i was from a duneland conference school and he was from the nic or whatever he just went out and did his thing too. i beat guys from portage and lake central, i lost to guys from new prarie and jimtown...i found no differnece in the people i wrestled they all weighed about the same and all tried equally as hard

maybe the big schools are better at wrestling...unless thats what your problem is?

This is getting out of control...one side keeps telling the other to work harder or just get over it and the other side keep coming up with completely blasphemous statements such as "then why not just have one weight class?" or "im going to tell my athletic director to drop the wrestling program."
