    Boston and Micic both are outstanding wrestlers. If u know anything about wrestling at all ,, it would come down to the wire and either wrestler could pull it out. I would pick Boston this year.. Maybe Micic next year

    Wow they do know how to wrestle in Da Southen REGION ... Lot more talent coming in the next two yrs .. NC will always be competitive and hard to beat with all those Cherry Pickers ... Not complaining , but just the facts !

    Sinko better not look past this Hudkins kid.. Impressed me for being a freshman. I think Oglesby doesn't even know how good he really is.. If he gets his head right , he may pull off a shocker.. These are my short shots because they both have the talent to win a couple titles.. I dont consider either one a long shot!!

    Where will you find a venue nicer than the Ford Center? I also need comfy chairs , adequate parking and someone to cook up some grub for about 4,000 people. It's the perfect place and I love the sound and light show. I need my new FORD !!!

    You can't be serious to think that any school doesn't keep track of score at SS . I know Franklin and Bloomington wanted to place first.

    I think the southern part of the state is catching on to what it takes to have a successful program.. By starting new feeder programs , leagues and traveling to a lot of tournaments. MD has been doing it for years with their Catholic league and traveling to Indy and Illinois to find competion. I think things will balance out well for the city in the next two to three years. Thats when Memorial , Castle , Central and the rest of the SIEWC kids will start making some contributions to our schools and maybe then we will talk about 4 or 5 kids from Eville Regional having a chance for a State Title. Cant leave out the young MD talent . Its a cycle and its coming around , just open your eyes. Almost every school has a club now which makes it even tougher. Its not like the old days .

    Evansville SS has a bunch of placers but how many champs do you see coming out of here?

    At 145 the right call was made . No control was established. They talked it over and made the correct call of no points awarded. Good officiating all day.

    Where is a good place to eat around Ford Center . U know a steak , burger and fries for the kids and cold beverages.. Wish we had the RAM down here in Eville !!

    I don't know who our rivals are anymore. Do you cheer for the Reitz wrestler because they are from the Castle sectional. Hold on a minute ... I can't cheer for a west sider , because that goes against the rivalry part that is engraved in my head. I agree with some of you on this topic , but one things for sure, come this Saturday I will be cheering for every Castle Semi-State qualifier. Good luck this week and wrestle your A-- off !!!!

    106 Red is super tough . We have a kid from from the southern region who has yet to be challenged at 106. I haven't even heard his named mentioned and he is like 40 something and 0. Micic at 113 is a safe bet. At 120 Phillips , Wilson and Hughs are a toss up, oh yeah throw in Lahue for fun. 126 Crume , Welch is my pic and James. My point is this , you wont know till the fat lady sings at the Field House. And thats my prediction !

    Its a shame Tom that Boonville wouldnt release him to the Braves.. I just wish you would have moved him to CHS.... You know its Boonville- Warrick- IHSAA politics at its finest. That just goes to prove that they could care less about the young man and more about sticking it to you,, by not releasing his eligibilty. There,, I said it for U... Shame on U BOONVILLE !!
