Devon hit a quick ankle pick and then got 3 back points...was up 5-0 in first 20 seconds.... after that there was some really good scrambles.... but match controlled by devon... devon is a great wrestler and a great kid.... we had a very cool talk after the match, and all i have is positive things to say about devon... hoping Isaiah closes the gap though and would love to see them wrestle 4 more times......

Isaiah will not bump around Devon..... he has never bumped around someone or avoided anyone....this is a great opportunity to get in an early season match against the best wrestler in the state at 135 and see how he stacks up against the best.....like i commented, this match up will happen...

This match will happen tonight..... Hopefully it will be a good match.... with a possibility of seeing these two go at it 3 or 4 more times this year... I do agree, Devon is on another level... maybe this will rub off on Isaiah.... ;D

8 champs?? wow... i see 4 for sure, but not sure about other 4.... and with their holes it may take 8 champs to win the tournament.....

Crume anf if Gregory goes 135 we could see 130 #2 Gregory vs. 135 # 3 Bradley -
maybe people dont post lineup because they dont want people to plan where they are going to forfeit matches.... 8) i do however view both issues the as a problem.. people were justifying forfeits yet have an issue with not posting results or lineups... both are bad for the sport in my opinion....

but information like that, and a lot of information like that, might help bring the casual fan to be something more than just a casual fan. Results spark interest because someone always knows someone who is in that weight class....

if that is true, then what does it say for the team that forfeits a weight class when they have eligible wrestlers but just choose not to send one out to wrestle? Where is the pride in that?

Good day of duals.... Bellmont beat New Pal pretty bad, then they lost a close one to New Castle. New Castle then turns around and loses a tight one to New Pal. on a side note, Connor Mullins looked like a beast at 152... He is HUGE!!!

I like the concept....great idea ... however, i do disagree with you RankingsGuy. I do not think that inviting four will tarnish the prestigiousness of this event. Having a set of duals will still put a great highlight on those wrestlers and would still make it a prestigious event. And 4 at a weight may bring in more college coaches and more interest. This could be a great way to kickoff the wrestling season....
