  1. I wouldn't bump up if I were Yorktown either. Saying its because they don't have the "balls" mater Dei does is abit rediculous. Mater Dei bumps up and makes the finals. If YT bumped up, they would be in the 5th place match at best. No reason to bump up just yet.
  2. 160 Isaiah Kemper over Ruegar Kirsteins 7-5 or so.
  3. Lee will get 2 takedowns on micic and they will trade escapes. Lee all day.
  4. 106: Konrath over Egli 113: Ferguson/Smith 120: Red over Lahue 126: Micic over Lee 132: James over Wilson 138: Hughes over Lykins 145: LeCount over Forte 152: Kelley over Macri 160: Cosaro over Jolas 170: McClosky over Sopko 182: Rypel over ??? 195: Thacker over Kral 220: Robinson over anyone HWT: Bermard over anyone as well
  5. Vinny won't loose IMO. But just a thought, Jolas beat Hughes at the IndianaMat tournament and was a round or two away from placing at super32 as well. Don't think it was an off day, I just don't like that match up for Hughes. 1: Vinny 2: Jolas 3: Hughes 4: Hiestand 5: Borta Call me crazy, but Yorktown is real good about wrestling guys the second time.
  6. 106: Konrath (Major) 4-0 113: Smith 7-0 120: Red 10-0 126: Lee 13-0 132: Blackwell 16-0 138: Ervin 19-0 145: Forte (Major) 19-4 152: Macri 19-7 160: Hughes 19-10 170: Stevenson 22-10 182: Eldridge 22-13 195: Johnson 22-16 220: Robinson 22-19 HWT: Streck 22-22 Al Smith wins on criteria In a CRAZY dual meet!
  7. Via TrackWrestling from Mooresville: 138 Dillion Eldred Westfield 22-0 145 Jacob Smith Evansville Central 8-0 152 Brendon Kelley 17-0 220 Colton Castetter Jennings County 15-0
  8. 106- Konrath over Eglia and it wasn't even close surprises me the most. 120- Jacob Brown lost to the Yorktown guy, (name slips my mind). 126- Cael McCormick over Beldon as previously stated. A very controlled 1-0 win. 132- Todrank wins and looks dominant. Definitely one to look out for. Easily top 16 IMO. 138- Eldred(132) over Schnell 5-2 152- Carroll over Rooks 8-0, Kelley over Steele Fall, Kelley over Carroll 5-2, Steele over Rooks 6-3. 160- Hiestand over Kemper 7-1 or so. Nothing else as far as notable wins or anything. However, that freshmen HWT was very talented. Bright things in his future. Pinned his way through the tourney!
  9. 120- Willis of EC cutting to 120 and should face Brown of castle. I think that'll be a good one. 132- will be interesting, Todrank could end up anywhere from 4th to dominating his way through. Depending in who comes to wrestle that day. 138- another interesting one, hope Schnell does well. 152- #1 in the state versus #2. Kelley and Carroll round 2. 160- Kemper and Hiestand round 2 as well. Rhett coming out on top 2 years ago by 1 or 2.
  10. Penn looks better on paper, but Perry Is the King of Bonus points. I think Perry is the better tournament team because you have the top guys getting crazy bonus points even in the finals majority of the time.
  11. Petty accurate. I don't see Egli, Ferguson, Lee, Kelley, Kemper, or Brown loosing here. Normally I would say Pierre as well but he just didn't look "On" against memorial earlier this year. Would it be a HUGE surprise if Forzley beat Kemper? I suppose not but Kemper just knows how to win those close matches.
  12. I think Ferg will win. He is just too technically savy and knows how to use leverage as good as some college guys IMO.
  13. I think it'll all depend on who wins that match January 11th. If Forte wins, I doubt he will move anywhere. I'm sure Mishawaka will be trying for back to back State Champs. If Lecount wins though, who knows what'll happen.
  14. Forte 4-3. He looked too good at Super32. Do you think Lecount goes down to 38 or Forte goes up to 152?
  15. MD could put a second line up together and probably be top 20.
  16. This happened at the Turkey Classic in Mount Vernon against Evansville Central. Mount Vernon had wrestled 3 different kids at 152 and a kid at 160 both days. Then forfeited to Kelley and Kemper. Some people I spoke to thought this was to keep the momentum MV had created. In that case it would be a strategical move. On the other side of things, it is beneficial to keep your guys healthy. Some of the top guys are very physical and the chances of injury are much higher.
  17. Bet we see Egli at 113. Konrath is a real go-getter though. Might see a bump up even if he is at 113.
  18. C PM 106: 3 113: 3 120: 6 126: 4 132: 6 138: 4 145: 5 152: 3 160: 6 170: 3 182: 3 195: 3 220: 6 HWT: 6 30-29 Cathedral wins according to my predictions
  19. I seen where Union County, KY 's Trae Blackwell signed w/ Oklahoma
