trackgopher
Anyone know about Ian Miller of Kent State today? He is on the bracket of the MAC with an injury default in the Semi's today. If he Medical'd out of the tournament he would not qualify for Nationals. Hope for the best for the kid! I heard there was a possibility that there was a concussion in that match, but not seeing much on any of the forums I frequent. For those who do not remember https://youtu.be/_krDl45mWOE?t=8m59sfor some reminder.
maligned
He would still be eligible for an at-large berth, no matter what place he got at MAC's, as long as he's cleared to go by the time of final selections. Bash513
leggin89
Isn't there a rule that says that a 1-seed (from a qualifier) cannot get an At-Large bid? I know this was something that was talked about and I believe passed a few years ago. Maybe there is an injury provision, and maybe it didn't get passed. Is the logic to prevent tanking? It seems a bit extreme.
grecoref
I hope Ian has some good luck in the near future. His Dad was a State Champion in Ohio back in the day. Great family and great kid! http://www.sanduskyregister.com/Wrestling/2016/03/06/Ian-Miller-MAC-championship-wrestling-story.html?ci=stream&lp=2&p=

Joker
Hopefully when the seeding committee are finished they separate Imar and Nolf. I think they are the two best in the weight class. FWwrestling1996

Unfortunately one of those will have a guy like Miller who is a threat to go through to make the finals. grecoref and FWwrestling1996
